When you arrive, this greeting area and lounge is an indication of the service and experience you are about to have. From the dinning experiences, the gym facility and lounge experiences are truly amazing. Add onto that personal touches with gustatory experiences at the Sapphyr lounge with Maneesha, Aakib, Navodya, Shalika, Harsha. They showed warmth and attention to detail making our experience memorable.

我预订了这间酒店的SPA服务。
我是一位亚洲脸，来自中国，有一位亚洲脸员工从我进入SPA大厅开始，她对着我一直是张冷脸。也许是她投入了太多热情到服务一位欧美客人中，以至她没有剩余的友好值来面对我。
我选做了热石按摩，被技师告知如果感觉烫要告诉她。途中我被烫了7、8次，告诉了她5、6次，但每一次都没有得到任何回音，前三次我甚至以为她是听不到我（因为这时我是趴在按摩床上，脸朝下）。后来我发现她虽然不应声，但是在手法上有改变，于是我知道她是听到了却不给我回应。
Chi SPA的装修质感是不错的，软件设施也挺好。员工的服务素质有待提高。
自助餐厅的前台女接待员也基本都板着个脸。而餐区员工表现得热情周到。
在中餐厅我点的菜的味道都很不错，其中一道菜的食材出了错，和主厨说明后，他为我们退了菜并赠予了一碟新菜和一份水果拼盘。我们很受用啊，因为人家的工作态度是好的。后来我们聊了很久，他很热情的。

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed high tea in the lobby, pool, sauna and health & wellness facilities. I only wish the hotel was a bit more mindful about guest experience when booking main restaurant for corporate events. Better communication and more dining options would be helpful.

The staff were very kind and very helpful. We loved the hoppers and the Sri Lankan soup in the morning buffet. I wish they had more authentic Sri Lankan dishes offered at the dinner buffet. We ate there twice and would have loved to have jackfruit curry as well as banana curry. The room is very comfortable. I asked for blankets and we directly got them. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Super amazing staff assisted in all need. Everyone from the desk, cleaners and kitchen crew made our stay such an experience that that alone was worth the stay on top of all that the amenities and views they really go above and beyond! I will forsure be coming back to this hotel from now on whenever in Colombo thank you Shangri La Staff for your hospitality and attentiveness!
