Hotel in line with normal Shangri-La standards. Team here however was absolutely superb - helpful, friendly, great fun people. They made the stay particularly enjoyable. Breakfast is solid 5 star level with good, diverse buffet; the capital bar is wonderful, world standard. Food and beverage was strong throughout. Will stay here again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Shangri-La Colombo from 14th to 19th October 2025, and I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. While every member of the team was attentive, courteous, and welcoming, we would especially like to extend a special shout-out to Chef Dishan and Pradeep from the Central restaurant. Their genuine warmth, professionalism, and personal attention truly elevated our mornings. Each day, they went above and beyond to ensure our breakfast experience was not only delicious but also memorable. From remembering our preferences to greeting us with a smile and kind words, they made us feel right at home. It’s rare to come across such dedication and passion in hospitality, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and attention they showed us. Thanks to them, our mornings started on a high note, setting the tone for wonderful days in Colombo. We look forward to returning to Shangri-La Colombo in the future and hope to see these two outstanding team members again. スタッフの方々が親切で、PickMeで車を呼ぶ際に上手くいかなかった際にも、代わりに電話してくださったりして大変助かりました。隣のショッピングモールにも連結しているのですぐにお土産を買いに行けます。敷地内で全て完結するので非常に便利です。
