Very good services and good location. However, some facilities are relavtively old.

除了位置好 其他一无长处，早餐比青旅还差，房间比小旅馆还小！另外我长了见识了！五星级酒店居然还有一大半看不见阳光的房间，而且不到20平方！不到20平方的五星酒店啊！谁住谁知道！

Le personnel était au petit soin Petit bémol sur la chambre PMR était un peu datée, sauf qu'on a obligé de payer un supplément pour disposer dune chambre PMR ce qui n'est pas normal. Sinon est central pour se déplacer dans Istanbul Mettre au personnel de l'accueil et de la restauration pour leurs sourires et bienveillance

Ist sehr Zentral.

Sehr altes Hotel, in einem unhygienischen Zustand. Es waren kalte Tage, die Heizung ging zwei Tage lang nicht, laut Rezeption Zentralheizung defekt. Holten uns eine saftige Erkältung, von 6 Tagen waren wir 4 Tage sehr krank und konnten nichts mehr unternehmen, hatten uns selber geholfen und in leeren Flaschen warmen Wasser gefüllt und als Wärmeflasche benutzt. Handtücher waren mit Flecken, stanken sehr stark nach Chlor. Teppichboden fast in ganzen Hotel, waren sehr stark befleckt sowie die Polstermöbel. Das Hotel wird überall mit starken Zitronenduft parfümiert was den muffigen Geruch überdecken sollte. Ich empfehle ich das Hotel nicht weiter.

Staff was amazing and helpful and so customer service oriented. Professional and courteous.

Great location really good breakfast buffet

Das Hotel hat mit 5 Sternen nichts zu tun. Die Zimmer sind rund um die Lobby aufgebaut im Stil eines Atrium. Daher ist es früh morgens bereits sehr laut. Auch ist das Zimmer vom Tageslicht unberührt. Die Kühlung bzw. die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Der Kühlschrank kühlte nicht. Auf Anfrage sagte man, dass die Minibar nicht kühlt, sondern auf 6-7C eingestellt ist. Ausbaustandard der Zimmer ist sehr veraltet.

I stayed at Legacy Ottoman Hotel with two rooms booked — one for two people and one for three people, with one reservation made through a third-party provider. Despite the reservation clearly indicating three guests, we were given two double rooms. This issue was not identified during check-in, and no proper solution was offered afterward. No extra bed or alternative arrangement was provided, and three people had to stay in a room intended for two. The rooms are quite outdated, and the furniture appears worn. There were also maintenance concerns, such as a loose bathroom door frame. Some basic amenities were missing upon arrival and had to be requested multiple times before being provided. On a positive note, most of the staff were polite and helpful, and the housekeeping team did a good job. However, the service at check-in was not satisfactory, as the response to the issue lacked support and professionalism. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and the property would benefit from renovation and improved guest service at reception.

Lokasjon: veldig sentral, kort vei til mange severdigheter og har mange spisested i nærheten. Rom: ok, dårlig luft sirkulasjon. Betjening: Dessverre så var vi i den gruppen som ble nedprioritert. Vi ble tatt imot på en veldig avvisende måte. Hadde gitt beskjed at vi vil være tidlig på hotellet pga flytider. Søndag og regn, vi ble ikke vist til Lounge deres, fikk ikke noe informasjon eller anbefaling på hvor vi burde dra. Rommene var heller ikke klare når vi er tilbake (klissvåte) ved innsjekkingstider. Frokost: ok, men blir litt ensidig etter mange dager. Deilig fersk honning var det beste:)

I went there on Ramadan. The Customer Service experience was wonderful every morning. I was sent my Breakfast to my room with unbelievable breakfast options. It was like a Breakfast for three people. I really loved it so much especially every day soup was amazing. I will write this place and recommend 100%.

Our stay at the Legacy Ottoman Hotel was initially very pleasant, thanks to the outstanding professionalism and kindness of the general staff. From the reception to the housekeeping crew, everyone was attentive and welcoming. However, the unprofessionalism we encountered from the management on our final day completely ruined the experience. During breakfast, I witnessed the hotel manager, Murat Demir, speaking to his staff in an incredibly arrogant and condescending manner. While the rest of the team was working hard to serve guests, he was busy reprimanding them loudly, blocking the buffet area, and creating a very tense atmosphere. It was disappointing to see the hard work of such a dedicated staff being undermined by his lack of leadership. Later, my son threw a small piece of food to a seagull. While I understand the rules, the way this manager intervened was unacceptable. He shouted "Don't do it!" and slammed the window shut aggressively. As soon as he realized we were Turkish, his tone immediately shifted. This "bossy" attitude toward foreigners and the sudden "backtrack" for locals shows a complete lack of genuine hospitality. It is a shame that the efforts of so many hardworking employees are sacrificed to one individual's ego.

Location of the hotel is great. Staff very nice.

Personel çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Konumu mükemmel, hemen dışında 2 sultan mezarı var. Güzel restoranlar ve tarihi bir otel.

Dårlig service og renhold, ble skuffet

Wonderful location, good price. Clean and comfortable. Great service. Only thing…. Those italian shower get the bathroom floor wet and it damages the bathroom door. I guess it is bad engineering… that being said with the change of towel every day, it is not too much of a problem.

exprience was very good.Very convenient and clean hotel hotal staff was very help full we met lovely people like mr nadeem and mr saif super friendly and helpfull. Located within walking distance from many of the sightseeing attractions in Istanbul.
