Very good services and good location. However, some facilities are relavtively old.

除了位置好 其他一无长处，早餐比青旅还差，房间比小旅馆还小！另外我长了见识了！五星级酒店居然还有一大半看不见阳光的房间，而且不到20平方！不到20平方的五星酒店啊！谁住谁知道！

Die Zimmer sind leider ein bisschen abgewohnt. Wir haben übersehen, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Atrium View bestellt haben, wir konnten die Zimmer dann upgraden. Einen ganz besonderen Dank an die Rezeption, im speziellen an Frau Boutainna Bani, die sich sehr für uns eingesetzt hat, dass wir ein gute Upgrade Angebot und eine Suite bekommen haben - vielen, vielen Dank!! Ich habe im Spa Bereich auch meine Kreditkarte bei der Rückgabe des Bademantels vergessen, diese wurde auch wieder gefunden und retourniert. Der Spa Bereich (Hammam) ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Lage vom Hotel ist top!

Alles was naar behoren. Onthaal, bediening, begeleiding, eten, Spa ... Alles was Perfect... Behalve één structureel probleem in onze Deluxe kamer. Onze kamer stonk letterlijk en figuurlijk naar beerput ... Hoteldirectie was zo vriendelijk om onmiddellijk ons een andere kamer toe te kennen. Maar Zelfs na verandering was de stank in de nieuwe kamer zelfs erger. Niettegenstaande dat alles perfect was (behalve de stank in kamer) zou ik nooit meer terug gaan naar dit hotel.

Just not 5 stars at all like advertised. It has the potential to be 5 stars but it’s an uphill climb. My room was an atrium facing room which was boiling hot the whole time. The hotel switched the AC function off and suggested the window is opened to the hot inside atrium for “cooler air”. No fan was offered and the room was above the loud reception area. Housekeeping needs work - trash was under the bed they had just been left there, and restocking of toiletries was not done without asking. The hotel has a nice location in the old town, so that was one plus. Overall, not a nice stay and not what was advertised. I will say the concierge was the saying grace and was very helpful with airport transfer and ensuring everything was all set. The hotel has potential but I would not stay there again.

The personal was nice, friendly and was helpful. The hotels front and lobby gives 5 star impression, the bed was really good. However the rooms was very noisy from the people in the lobby and corridor. Also every time someone showered or flushed in the neighbouring room you could hear it loudly. The temperature in the room was not possible to regulate and it was very warm during the nights. All that together resulted in not so good sleep and not so cheerful vacation. If you are planning to book this hotel for the spa, bring a thick wallet cause the jacuzzi itself costs 75$/person for 45 minutes.

As soon as I booked, the hotel guest relations team reached out. I mentioned it was a short break to celebrate my wife’s birthday and requested a Bosporus view room. To my delight, we were given that dream room, even though it was normally a higher rate. The room was clean and tidy, well-maintained considering its age. The breakfast was truly 5-star quality — varied, fresh, and delicious. Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel warmly welcomed. Specially, guest relation officer Ms Salma used to welcome us every morning and had a good chat and wellbeing. We returned home with wonderful memories of this stay. The thoughtful service and stunning view made it unforgettable

War zu heiss im Zimmer konnte nicht eingestellt werden in dieser Jahreszeit. In 3 Tage wurde das Zimmer nur einmal gemacht

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top, aber leider war fast alles andere nicht in Ordnung. Die Fenster sind nicht dicht, man hört den Lärm die ganze Zeit. Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert und ich wollte an der Rezeption anrufen – aber das Telefon war nicht einmal angeschlossen. Ein Lichtschalter hat nicht funktioniert. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet man gewisse Basics, aber am ersten Abend gab es keine Handseife, keine Zahnbürste und keine Ohrenstäbchen. In der Minibar war eine abgelaufene Cola-Dose. Das Personal an der Rezeption war leider auch nicht sehr freundlich oder hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist hervorragend, aber alles andere war enttäuschend. Für den Preis hätte ich mir deutlich mehr Qualität und besseren Service erwartet.

Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick Schön, allerdings war das Zimmer, in dem wir untergebracht waren, leider sehr vergammelt und renovierungsbedürftig. Der Frühstücksraum war nicht sauber was den Gesamteinruck weiter verschlechtert hat, auch die Rezeption war eher unfreundlich und wenig Hilfsbereit. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch das Housekeeping sehr bemüht und freundlich.

1/5 – Very Disappointing Stay We had a very bad experience at this hotel. At check-in (2:00 PM), our room was not ready, and we ended up waiting until 2:40 PM with no proper explanation or excuse. Even though I explained to the staff that we were extremely tired after an early morning flight, they simply advised us to wait in the lobby, and even suggested we order tea or coffee with extra charges!!! We had two rooms, and while one of them had the AC working perfectly, our room had no AC at all. When we asked for help, they told us the AC wasn’t working because it’s “winter time”, even though the temperature was 22°C. The funny part is that the other room had AC! We needed the AC because opening the window meant dealing with a lot of noise and mosquitoes, which made it impossible to rest. Once we finally got the room, it was far from clean, the bathroom and bathtub were dirty, the bed sheets didn’t look fresh, and even the carpets were not clean. Breakfast was another disappointment. The restaurant had dirty chairs, unclean tables, and even the tea cups were not properly washed. On top of that, our room key kept malfunctioning, and we had to pass by reception every single time to fix it. To make things worse, many staff members were rude and unprofessional. This is absolutely NOT a 5-star hotel, and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No air conditioning meant being part of the nighly seagull symphony. The young lady you have working as guest relations is fantastic at her job. Enjoyed staying at your hotel and would recommend it, seagulls notwithstanding

Rooms were clean and nit, although missing a couple of items, s.a. tea bags and coffee, etc. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. An unpleasant event that occurred during checkout was the receptionist trying to add a Redbull to my bill, which we did not even have in our mini-bar - hence cannot give full 5 stars. Unfortunately, this is a common issue in hotels in Turkiye.

La chambre complètement négliger !! Presque pas de ménage, après ma plainte au près de direction ça été nettoyer une fois en neuf jours !!

The rooms were far too hot which meant we couldnt sleep properly. We stayed in November and for some reason there was no air con available in the rooms only heating and the rooms were stuffy and uncomfortably hot. There was also poor lighting in the rooms which made shaving and applying make up difficult. Finally there was a problem with check in on arrival which meant we were allocated a twin room rather than the king sized room we paid for. It was resolved quickly but led to a bad first impression.

Arabayla gidecekseniz otopark sorunu çok sıkıntılı isparklar uzun süreli almıyor. Katlı otopark var oda 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde odalar temiz ama koridor tarfındaki odalara gürültü çok geliyor. Personel ilgiliydi.

Wie viele vor mir schon geschrieben haben, ist nur die Lage gut und selbst dafür gibt es in der Umgebung bessere Alternativen. Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Die Zimmer sind komplett veraltet, und es scheint keinerlei Interesse zu bestehen, sie zu renovieren oder zu modernisieren. Die Größe war in Ordnung, aber das war’s auch schon. Im Bad habe ich versucht, so wenig wie möglich zu berühren – das sagt eigentlich alles. Zum Personal: Mit wenigen Ausnahmen wirkt man dort, als wäre ein einfacher Gruß zu viel verlangt. Freundlichkeit scheint reine Glückssache zu sein. Ich war wegen des Istanbul Marathons dort und habe eine Unterkunft in der Nähe des Sultanahmet-Platzes gesucht, aber das war definitiv unser letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Schade, wie man ein so historisch wertvolles Gebäude dermaßen herunterkommen lässt. Trotz allem ein Dank an die wenigen Mitarbeitenden, die freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.
