Excellent hotel, very comfortable room with bath robe, slippers. Washer and the kitchen are super plus. Service is excellent, 6 stars rating!

Super dirty room. Poor condition hotel. Second day they make our bed wealth $1 to pay ( the fifth picture that after they make up our room)

Rooms can be more cleaned

ri was lucky as was long weekend. Construction opposite side was off. The bar was empty so no noise. The toom was awesome and clean. My daughter had a great time and is very happy.

Great activities for the kids during school Holidays. Cookie and cupcake decorating was great and they made special effort to fit us in.

Its a beautiful hotel. The 1 bedroom suite was spacious. Staff at the front desk were lovely, especially Ash (i meed to mention her). I think breakfast options at Ostani were limited (in particular, snack options). The room was clean on entry. But the cleaning during our stay was a bit careless. The bed was poorly .made and bathroom items carlessly placed. These little things matter

We had multiple issues with our room. TV had white spot in middle of screen and often pixelated and volume dropped out. Glasses/ mugs in room not cleaned. Only one white coffee cup on arrival they sent us another mug. Tea not restocked! Left room for 7 hours came back to horrific sewerage smell in bathroom - maintenance were called arrived half an hour later prepared to pour solution down drain and agreed how bad it smelt. Weird piece of equipment being used as toilet roll holder even though there was one on wall. Shower gel and shampoo removed from shower recess removed and discarded. Shower recess looked rusty under door. Airconditioning very warm overnight despite being set at 21.5 overnight appeared to turn off and read 23.5 in morning. Dinner in restaurant ordered calamari described as being served with aoli came smothered in chili powder- inedible-was replaced as we pointed out there was NO mention of chili on menu. Only one restaurant open throughout stay. Was good to be only charged for one nights parking.

Clean room & comfortable

Lovely hotel & staff. Room service food was delicious. Fun extras for the children. Only downside was while in the pool we were told to get out, due to both lanes being booked by individuals. The day before, one lane was for bookings, the other for everyone to use. Nice facilities but don’t expect the pool to be available.

They upgraded us to a giant suite. Our stay was awesome.

Hotel Realm was mostly nice. The staff were friendly, everything was easy to get to... From gym, pool, sauna and spa. To the roof top bar of Leyla which had solid cocktails. All restaurants were roughly a 5-10 min drive. I thinks a few small things would make Hotel Realm the perfect 5 star: 1. Ensuring to have a blackout blind in the bedroom, as the main reception lobby lights beamed through the entire night which made for a sleepless night. 2. Allow visitors to turn the room temperature below 19.9 degrees, as even though I put temperature to 19.9 the thermometer showed that the room was still 24.6 degrees. 3. Either have a plug in the bathroom so people can use hair dryer provided or have a mirror so people can use hair dryer in the lounge area. 4. Have "Way Out" signs in the carpark, it's not difficult to get out of. I just saw a basic needs for it. 5. A better selection of condiments, it would have been great if I could put Hollandaise on my poached egg. The only condiments the had were tomato sauce, BBQ sauce and Tabasco. It would have been perfect at the buffet breakfast to have other options. 6. Price list for room snacks 7. And have access to Netflix and Disney, as the hotel TV and movies were subpar. Most definitely a 4 and a half star hotel though.
