人員親切、地點便利、空間寬敞； 唯維護得不是很好、鮮舊，衛浴、櫥櫃五金不正、吹風機很髒又不工作。

excellent location, given less than ten minutes to civic center and one minute to Murray's bus station and ten minutes to Greyhound station and tram station right in front of the hotel.

The place is perfect Buffet breakfast was good the indoor heated pool was good as it was cold

The hotel was clean. A slightly odd room layout with the bathroom divided in two.

Carpet was stained and felt dirty, sofa bed was the same and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Great location though.

We had a lovely stay! Great location, we loved the beautiful pool area and restaurant overlooking northbourne. The room was spacious and comfortable. This is a great hotel for families with the pool and breakfast. The hotel is also right next door to the bus terminal, which is very convenient.

Unfortunately wouldn’t stay at the Novatel due to the limited parking situation. We had to park at the overflow car park and carry our luggage quite a distance to the hotel as there was no availability in the front reception area to drop off our luggage. I had 2 small children and ended up needing to go via the stairs down 2 flights as the lifts were taking longer than 15mins to arrive when we needed to check out. The fire alarm went off at 3am and we were told to await further response regarding evacuation but did not receive further response yet the fire brigade arrived and I believe there was a fire - my children would not go back to sleep as they were waiting for a further announcement to confirm no evacuation required which never came.

Depending which room you stay some (with balconies) can feel contested.We were lucky to get relocated to a bigger room. Comfortable location with street parking options aveilable. The pool did have a strong chlorine smell which I did not like this can be improvement and made more natural options with less chlorine. The food at Novotel was ok pricy with small portions outdoors better options

I paid for a breakfast-inclusive package for 3 people. The hotel had no record of this inclusion because of a transmission error on your end and forced me to pay an extra $55 at the hotel. I require a partial refund for this overcharge."

Spacious room. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept (overslept) on. Great breakfast. Fabulous pool and gym facilities. So close to city shopping centre. Couldn’t ask for more.

Pool not overly warm, but spa nice and warm. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Hotel very busy (start of school holidays). Always lining up; for reception, for lifts, for breakfast table, for mr coffee machine. Room service fairly reasonable and the halloumi salad was sensational. Parking was fine while in basement (although $35) but when they run out parking elsewhere a pain.

Very pleasant stay. I was overcharged for a breakfast. I phoned the hotel soon after arriving home and the person I spoke to said the overcharge would be corrected and the amount refunded to my credit card.
