Very very friendly and helpful front desk and all the staffs. Well-organized process to deal with customers' needs and requests. The hotel is close to nice restaurants and walking distance to Stephan Cathedral, main shopping street in old town, opera house and famous coffee stores while sits in a quite location next to the Stadt park. The staff heard my wife loves the Riz chocolate in the room and they surprisingly sent us a lot of them and made her really happy. This place provides professional service with sincere smile and warm assistant all the time. Definitely a place i will stay again. Not even mention they have an awesome bar and one of the bet steakhouse in town! Special thanks to Dephanie in Ritz Carlton Vienna's warm welcome when we arrived there very late at night after a tiring long drive from Salzburg.

Generally satisfied with services for our 8 nights stay, but surprised on quite of few tour groups check-in , affecting the ambiance of the loony and breakfast area !
3 days the room cleaning didn’t finish before 3pm .. until we called up upon our return to the room, and surprised the room not cleaned, the housekeeping came as our request!

From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, we were exceptionally well taken care of. From the doorman and concierge to reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff, and the bar team, everyone contributed to making our stay truly special.
This trip was to celebrate a 40th birthday, and the Ritz staff went far beyond our expectations. From helping with flower arrangements to welcoming us with a small cake upon arrival, every detail was thoughtful and personal.
The staff were incredibly attentive, not only to us, but also to our little one. From gifts and candy to the wonderful teams at both restaurants and the bar, everyone went the extra mile. They even made sure our youngest could participate in some child-friendly cocktail mixing, which was such a memorable and special touch.
Both restaurants served delicious food, and breakfast each morning offered a great variety, from cold selections to freshly prepared hot dishes, something to enjoy for everyone.
The attention to detail and genuine care given to every guest is nothing short of excellent. We felt truly welcomed throughout our stay and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making this celebration so unforgettable.

Em minha última noite no hotel, acabou a água. Estamos falando de um RITZ CARLTON!!! Não tinha água sequer para escovar os dentes antes de dormir. E, obviamente, não havia água para tomar banho. Gostaria que fosse feito o reembolso dessa minha última diária. Fiquei no hotel confiando no nome que carrega. Mas, com exceção do atendimento que foi espetacular, na maioria pra mim foi uma decepção. Paguei caro para ficar no melhor mas não se comprara a minhas outras experiências com o Four Seasons ou St Regis. Deveria ter ficado no Grand Hotel Viena. Acreditei na marca e me dei mal. Quero receber minha última diária. É inadmissível um Ritz Carlton ficar sem água, em pleno inverso europeu.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Vienna was very disappointing.
The room allocated to me did not match the images advertised and was not representative of the Junior Suite booked. On arrival, there was a strong sewage odour in the room, which was resolved on the second day.
During my stay, there were several periods with no water supply to the room (I believe this was a hotel wide issue), as well as smoke alarm activations. Attempts to contact the Guest Services Team by phone were unsuccessful, and I was later advised at reception that they were “too busy” to answer calls.
On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast team were very attentive.
Overall, the number of issues experienced fell well short of the standard you expect from the The Ritz Carlton brand.

Very underwhelming for the reputation of Ritz Carlton. When we checked in there was no water in the hotel and we couldn’t bath before going out for dinner. Concierge were overall helpful with booking activities, but failed to confirm the activities and itinerary. This caused a lot of confusion between dinner reservations mixed up and a tour guide waiting for us that was not confirmed as available. The rooms had very confusing lighting, as switches were not installed in places that were consistent with their intended use. Most of the furniture was useless and the room lacked sufficient spaces to accommodate luggage.
