Marquei um quarto que supostamente tinha varanda. Deram-me um quarto sem varanda porque disseram que só teriam no dia seguinte. Funcionários não estiveram ao nível Ritz. Hotel também já precisa de alguma remodelação. Pequeno almoço nível médio. Vale pela localização. Não voltarei

We loved it. Staff were great. Concierges were great. Guest Relation manager, Chrochie, helped us with settling in and great recommendations.

Tout etait absolument parfait. Une chambre tres grande , tres belle, un problème de température de chambre réglé tres vite et cerise sur le gâteau un espace sport piscine spa tres grand et impeccable. Merci pour tout .

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Vienna for three nights and had a really lovely experience. The staff were very pleasant, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. The breakfast was fabulous and definitely one of the highlights for us. We especially enjoyed having breakfast at a window table — it was a great way to start the day. The location is very convenient on the Ringstrass, within easy distance of Wien Hbf, Belvedere Palace, the Kunsthistorisches Museum, and Hofburg Palace, so getting around and sightseeing was very easy. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Ritz-Carlton Vienna to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Service was just above and beyond. Sauna, steam room and gym were great. The room was excellent with premium coffee and water with constant maid service. Breakfast was excellent. It was a great stay!

Staff are amazing, perfect location to major spots, excellent steakhouse, great bartenders, concierge very knowledgeable, rooms are nice and comfortable. Highly recommend stayed for 9 nights around the Vienna Ball

Ritz never disappoints. The spacious rooms and the service were Excellent. The Breakfast supper delicious and they offered high end car services for our rides around museums. I cant want to come back.
