I stayed 5 nights in a Deluxe Suite. The location is really central and great as it’s next to the metro which I arrived from the airport for $1 via Line 4. The ancient Serdika ruins are right there as well as many shops. I recommend getting Banitsa and Ayran drink for breakfast down the subways station nearest the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful to me but I didn’t have to use them much. They did hail a cab for me upon departure which was really nice. The room was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The bedroom floors are a little dirty so use the slippers they provide and it’s a non issue. Overall, I am fully satisfied with my stay and would come again. The location is perfect.

El hotel es muy bonito, lujoso y bien ubicado. El bufet de desayuno es muy amplio y sabroso. El bar es grande y atienden bastante bien. Tienen muy buena atención y las habitaciones están amplias y agradables, lo único que sugeriría para que sea un 10/10, es que pongan más atención en la limpieza de las habitaciones, están muy limpias en lo que se ve, pero muy polvosas en las partes que no se ven. Usé la secadora de pelo y hacía semanas que no le pasaban un trapo, la parte de arriba de la caja de seguridad, igual. Excepto eso, es un hotel de primera.

A good breakfast spread , yes , in room cleaning was and is very poor , when I checked in I saw a cigarette box plus some empty packages of the previous renter … dosent say 5 star does it .., otherwise the hotel is superbly located and you have everything from eateries to high end shopping all around the corner … staff some are the smiling type and , some just do their job in a rather mechanical way .. I would rate the hotel very highly for its location and for its breakfast spread

It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing.
But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but I can’t believe this happened to me and I am only hoping now that I can get my deposit back!!! I could have argued with the girl but I don’t want this stupid thing ruined my trip.

酒店位置非常好，就在市中心，出酒店门左转就是步行街，右转就是地铁站，坐地铁直接就能到机场。索菲亚的著名景点都在离酒店不远的步行范围内，周围好多饭店。房间舒适，早餐丰盛，工作人员态度都不错，就是前台的几位冷冰冰的。可以说索菲亚最好的酒店啦。WI-FI老掉线，而且网速很慢。

Bon hôtel sauf deux points
- le ménage n’est pas fait systématiquement tous les jours, il faut les appeler 1 ou plusieurs fois pour qu’il ms viennent le faire (jusqu’à 18h des fois)
- on a été agressé par un vigile la bas car on voulait visité un coin de l’hotel mais on ne savait pas qu’il y avait un tournage d’un film le le demain, il nous a mal parlé et a meme menacé mon collegue en venant vers lui pour le taper. Nous nous sommes pas sentis en securité on est monté s’enfermer dans la chambre
Triste de voir ce genre de comportemenr dans un etoile soit disant 5 etoiles

Allt var bra på hotellet (5 stjärnor) utom baren som i sig var trevlig men tyvärr med usla drinkar. Vattniga och helt utan smak och med en sur bartender som vägrade inse att en Dry Martini inte består av 5 cl gin, 5 cl vermouth och 5 cl vatten. Övriga drinkar som vårt sällskap beställde var lika dåliga.

For a 5 star hotel, I think this is okay. The hardware is generally good. The building is beautiful and nicely renovated. Rooms have modern facilities and smart features. Front desk service is very good. House keeping seems to be inconsistent - missing towels, empty shampoo container etc. A quick simple trip to the front desk resolved the issues.

Lovely junior suite. Veryh well decorated and the kkng bed w as comfortable. We had a real challenge finding the place. Maybe some more detailed directions would help since you can't just pull up to the front door. Would highly recommned this stately hotel!!
