Das Zimmer war sauber, wir haben keinen Roomservice in Anspruch genommen.
Im Hotel finden gerade Renovierungsarbeiten statt, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, haben wir davon nichts gemerkt.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und zum Frühstück waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich.
Wir würden wiederkommen.

The property was really excellent and convenient for the price. The room was magnificent, the bed was comfortable with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was very excellent and the staff was friendly and very professional and efficient. I would recommend it to anyone. The location was centered around other amenities also.

Clean, affordable, comfortable, easy to reach by transit, and a short walk to the Pacific Coliseum. I kinda don't want to write this review because I don't want too many people to know about this place; I want it to be my secret, but they deserve a good review.

The room was clean and staff were friendly. . The rooms in the back, are quiet but overlooks to houses. The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy. The hotel is way over priced at over $300 a night. The location is really bad, there are a couple of restaurants that are not the best and there is nothing to see walking distance. When going to downtown you have to go thru a really bad area with sidewalks full of homeless and drugged/drunken people. I definitely would not recommend.

You can hear the noise outside the street, which is not what I expected. As well as the guests talking from the other room.
Bathroom was spacious but old. The room is okay but not enough lighting on the end of the room. A stand lamp could help.
Free breakfast is nice, however, we were there for 3 days, and we had the same food everyday.

This was a stop over for a cruise and it was perfect. The room was nice and clean and the shuttle took us to the cruise port with ease. We took an Uber to Stanley Park and that’s a must.

Staff are incredibly friendly and wonderful! Loved that they had underground paid parking that connected with an elevator for ease. The breakfast was had so much variety and was truly delicious (one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had so far). The room was nice and cool and could set your own thermostat if needed. Bed was so comfy! Would love to stay again if I am ever back in the area!

The hotel was beautiful, however the area wasn't great. It was kinda sketchy with the 7 blocks of homeless only about 5 blocks away. Tried to walk the area but didn't feel safe. The room was updated and very clean, the restaurant food was very good. It was away from most sights, had to Uber everywhere. They were in the middle of a huge remodel so when is finished it will be better yet.
