Excellent hôtel et très belle chambre. Hotel idéalement situé dans un quartier très animé. Un peu bruyant en raison de l’hôpital juste à côté et des ambulances qui vont et viennent. Mériterait une meilleure isolation phonique.

I had a wonderful stay at Century Plaza Hotel in Vancouver. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. We especially appreciated the complimentary luggage storage service, which allowed us to explore the city comfortably before check-in and after check-out. It made our trip much more convenient.
Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, excellent service, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver.

I love this hotel and would totally stay here again! Maybe I am saying that because they gave us a room on the 30th floor which had an amazing view. We did not get to try the breakfast, dinner or amenities at the hotel because we had an early flight. The location was pretty convenient - not super close to the cruise ships or gas town, but not super far either. The Lift/uber in Vancouver is very reasonable compared to the US so that was not a problem. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with goodies that hotel do not usually have in the room like toothbrushes and sewing kits. One thing to consider - there were stairs up to the bathroom and the shower was in a tub. So if you have mobility issues, you may want to request a special room.

I had a wonderful stay at Century Plaza Hotel in Vancouver. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

This was a perfect place for us before our cruise. The location is amazing and within walking distance of a ton of places to eat and hang out. The area felt very safe as well. The reception desk was very helpful when we checked in an made sure we got enough extra towels and toiletries brought to the room for all four of us. The view from our room was amazing and the room was very spacious and clean. The only issue we had was that only 2 of the 4 elevators were working and we were on the 25th floor with suitcases and the wait time to get an elevator was super long and everyone was frustrated when we stopped at every floor with a full elevator. If they can fix that, it is a perfect stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful and the bedroom was nice. We were happy to receive a nice complementary buffet breakfast the day we checked out.
The galley kitchen is outdated and needs new counter tops and a decent sized coffee maker, but functional for 2 people. The couch and chair have seen better days and were very uncomfortable. A Giant TV was great. Bathroom is small and needs a facelift.

Caution!
If you are booking this hotel with Expedia, dont forget to double check if your breakfast is included. While searching on Expedia, I was booking the hotel with breakfast-included options. I always do. But eventually when I went to the hotel they said the breakfast is not included. This made my experience particularly terrible.

The room was large and had a great view of the city. The full kitchen was a great addition. The espresso coffee machine was a nice touch.
Cleaning staff were great.
The restaurant CP was wonderful. excellent service and very tasty food.
The hotel is very old and needs renovations.
I had to fix the chain in the toilet tank which was dirty and rusty. The hot water knob in the bathtub fell off in my hand.
The counters in the kitchen are peeling a a bit beat up.
The bathroom was small for two adults.
The parking lot was very small and difficult to get around in. If you park on level three or higher, there is no way to get back into the hotel unless you walk down the car ramps. Doors to the hotel on the stairs of the upper parking levels require codes and you are not given the codes.
You have to use a key card to get into the garage. One day mine did not work, so had to park in front of the hotel and go in and get a new key card.
The coffee cafe was very good and well run.
