Hôtel rénové, bien situé et on nous a offert le déjeuner gratuitement et c’était tellement bon! Tout était parfait! La chambre géniale aussi merci! Très bon service du début à la fin! :)

Delta/Marriot/Bonvoy never disappoints. Amazing sleeps, quiet rooms. Everyone we encountered were magnificent to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to travel to Quebec city

We had a nice spacious clean room. The hotel itself is starting to show age. Carpet in Galway starting to fray at edges. Elevator door on seventh floor sometimes opened sometimes did not.

Bed and pillows uncomfortable, the hotel has had renovations but enhanced only certain parts. The door to our room had a 3 inch gap between floor and door.
It was not all bad, the hotel was clean, decent amenities just unfortunate situations sometimes.
We purchased a parking pass with our stay and the hotel insisted on not giving us the pass as our ticket was supposed to scan the free stay. Well, it did not. We had to pay twice to be turned around and manage the refund ourselves with the parking company etc. A mess.
We had a great visit in Quebec but will not be staying there again.
