Check in and check out was incredibly easy. Lots of parking. Room was clean and fresh linens and towels daily if requested however we were there for three days and didn't feel the need. Would stay here again for sure!

Whether it's a hotel room or a public area, it's dirty and very dirty! The carpet has been stained for many years and surface garbage has not been cleaned well, the mattress is also dirty, the sheets are too small to cover the mattress, the bathroom is dirty, and there is a problem with the bathtub draining water! The swimming pool must be unimaginably usable! The hotel room is not cleaned every day unless you request, the air conditioning in the room is difficult to adjust the temperature, and the windows are not able to open.

Foe cleaness and amenity its worth the price. Clean and proper. Everything basically its fine . Just more attention on assigning the room. The receptionist saw my 86 yrs okd mother had hard time walking and she gave us a room that is almost at the end of the hall while the hotel was quite empty…. Otherwise its good

This was not a good experience for me. Expedia had it marked as high stars, and when you look at the pictures online, the entryway looked amazing. The rooms were more of a motel feel pictures were not exactly as it actually looked in person and the rooms smelled like old carpet and the rooms were not cleaned properly every day the last day I was there nobody even touched my room.The pool was utterly disgusting and had big patches out of the bottom, not like the picture. The entryway to the pool was disgusting. It was steaming and smelled of mold. The hotel was it’s not kept up-to-date if you enjoy waking up at 5 o’clock in the morning to catch a plane and not having hot water. This is the place for you. The hotel rooms did not have body wash. They did have bar soap. I did not have a pleasant experience there and would never stay there again. It is not what Expedia showed.

The hotel is a bit dated, but has a pool and hot tub. Parking was free. Staff are friendly. Location is very convenient. I have stayed here twice when I had business to take care of in GTA and while it is not a luxious hotel, it has good price and meets the purpose of being close to highway and ample amazing restaurants.

I chose this hotel specifically for the pool, hot tub, and sauna. I wasn’t able to enjoy those amenities due to poor air circulation. Molded/caving in ceilings at one entrance way to pool area, condensation leaking from another entrance way. By far worse part of my stay, definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed all edges had about1 inch of dust on the floor. The walls were full of stains either or coffee or paint or whatever it was. And come time morning no hot water. Wasn’t able to shower
