訂了三人間, 還帶陽台的, 沒想到房內小到可憐, 陽台外也沒啥風景, 住二樓直接被一樓遊客看光屋內. 早餐還要另外付費, 參觀看了菜色與一般三星酒店沒多大差異. 地庫停車位更是少得可憐, 車距又小又擁擠. 唯一優點便是位於盤門景區, 盡攬景區早晚景色各異美景, 可省去入園門票. 以後若要再來, 我會選隔壁的吳宮御宴酒店試試

來蘇州旅遊選了這酒店。進房間看了這沒景的窗就後悔了。窗外看白牆，房內坐椅是背著電視，完全不人性化。房內空調只有暖氣。晚上要開窗才行。房內隔音特差，早上都聽著行李在房外拖在石地的聲音。

唯一有問題的是座機時不時會發出間歇性的噪音， 擾人輕夢

在酒店後面還有一個花園，走走非常好，直得！

飯店環境,景色怡人,但因地方太大,check-in時因櫃台沒告知我們住房棟別導致們拉著行李到處找房間,這是唯一的缺點.食物,環境,景觀超讚!

The staffs are very nice, but this is the only merit of this hotel. The building and the garden is nice, at a glance. But once you pass the lobby, facilities are in extremely poor condition, carbon is damge, the basin in bathroom is leaking, etc. If the above still acceptable, the design layout of the room is ridiculous. I book a deluxe room with garden view, the most expensive I can find on hotel.com. but after I enter the room, I find out even I have a garden view room, but I can not enjoy it, because the people pass the walkway, and they can directly see my room if I open the curtain. It also happen on other rooms. Like when I walkpass, I saw a almost man in his room undressing, room number is 312x, makes both of us extremely embarrassed. Just wish to ask the designer, did he considered the privacy of the client? What a generous design. Also, I have no idea what the management thinking. On my last stay, they have some event in the garden. Since 8 or 9 am, I was woke up by the loud speaker, combing with the echo, whole room is shaking. And this last more than a few hours. I can understand the hotel hold some event, but please also consider other client. I'm sure most client choose this type of garden hotel mainly because they love quite place rather than enjoying loud speaker and shaking window/room for a few hours. Anyway, I will not choose this hotel anymore, even its free.

酒店附較污濁，第一日見到有蟲在浴室！及浴室有臭味！我們飲咖啡後的包裝袋沒有清理！垃圾沒有掃！而交通方面，行十分鍾可到地鐵！但條路車，電單車，人一齊行！好恐怖！所以全部都要靠的士

浴室洗手台排水不通，有衛生不良疑慮

服務態度不錯 房間內潮濕有霉味, 雖可開窗, 但沒裝紗窗, 會有蚊子飛進室內。

great experience. 特别要感谢酒店礼宾部的钱照鑫先生，给了我父母很多帮助，帮忙咨询改签事宜，提出很多建议，还介绍风景帮忙拍照，全部用自己的私人时间，并且没有任何的收费。 请酒店一定要给这位员工奖励和肯定，下次来苏州的话，我们一定会再次入住贵酒店，并且会向朋友推荐！！

這是一間非常美麗的飯店， 有像園林一般的公共空間， 飯店正門出去右轉有清華酒樓可以吃美味的料理， 後門可以憑房卡免費遊玩盤門， 因為飯店很容易迷路， 請放心的詢問服務人員， 他們都很友善。

早餐太貴，性價比低

我訂了兩間房因為無法安排同一樓層，飯店幫我們升等了大套房，盤門景區就在飯店後方，真的很方便，有機會下次還會再選擇入住

Check in 速度太慢，服務態度完全沒溫度，一整個冷漠無感!

飯店非常舒適乾淨，服務很好!

飯店整體設施很古典&乾淨 服務人員接待態度也不錯 但房間有點霉味，房間明亮度可再增加
