このホテルの近くで仕事があったため、こちらに宿泊しました。ミニキッチンがあったことが大きなポイントでした。
到着後、シャワーカーテンが変色していることや、ゴミ箱にゴミが入っていたこと、エアコンフィルターが掃除時期と表示、ランプにシェードがないことにとても驚いて、、23時に他の部屋が騒がしく、、ここに1週間住めるのかとても不安でした。
ですが、簡素でも部屋は予想より広く、明るく、テーブルや椅子、鏡、クローゼットなど必要なものが全て揃っているうえ、キッチンはIHコンロが二口も付いていて、洗い物のスポンジも新しいものが置かれていました。すべての部屋が中庭に面しているのかもしれません。窓の外に余裕があってとても良かったです。
受付のかたはとてもお優しくて、予約したUberが来ず、困っていたところ、他のタクシーを予約してくださって、とても助かりました。
そういえば、煙探知機なのか、警報器が突然鳴ったのは怖かったです。（湯気に反応したのでしょうか）フロントに電話をしようとしましたが、どこにも電話が見当たりませんでした。色々と初めてのことがありましたが、アパートに暮らしているようなとても楽しい滞在でした。

Location is good. The facilities are not well maintained. Garage in and out need to contact staff to open the gate. Room window blocked and no fresh air. Room temperature hot but can't control. Overall not very clear and tidy.

Room smelled off burning insect or smoke al night felt sick the following morning had to leave the window open all night to air the room out, all my clothes stinks of a burning smell had to wash everything. Complain to the guy on the desk but told it was the only room available which was strange because you are rooms available on the website. Definitely avoid for your own safety and well being

The room looked NOTHING like the picture - dirty walls with fingerprints all over, a single bed was added to the room which wasn’t requested, glassware was dirty, the bathroom was very unpleasant, the bed was uncomfortable (2 single mattresses put together) Additionally the staff was not helpful at all and wasn’t willing to cooperate in any way. A massive scam. Incorrect misleading marketing - very dirty hotel I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay there even for one night.

The room was very dusty. And the hallways and elevator smelled like marijuana and smoke. There was a fan in our room with no knob and the sink would not stop dripping. Went to use the restroom in the middle of the night and the floor was flooded so they moved us to another room that had a lot of dust and the sink dripped in that one as well. There is no cover on the bottom mattress and it was dirty. We did not stay as long as we were supposed to

The room was okay. But lots of issues. Lights flickering constantly in the bathroom. There is no extractor fan. The tap in the kitchen wobbles like crazy. The worst bit was the bed- had sunken holes in it and was very uncomfortable. The shower was great though and the staff were nice but this was not good value for money. And would not stay again.
We were a party of two rooms. The other room had to be changed as there were stains on the bed and the toilet was broken. It’s a bit of a shambles! We also messages them well in advance to ask for rooms on the same floor which were ignored. They’re so not monitor messages or reply to customers - so don’t rely on that.

The bed was broken. There was a drip
Above the shower head, asked for an iron without an ironing board.
It should have been a double room but it was set up as a family room, the family room was cancelled a week ago keeping the one room as a double only.

Only half a curtain covering 1 window, vents on windows taped or filled with paper, hole near the bed, poor lumpy bed, covers and fittings missing in the bathroom. Basicslly nothing like the pictures

I wouldn't recommend. I had a curtain missing due to being damaged, mould round the window's, a TV that didn't work, a shower that drenched the floor, missing lampshades next to the bed and an underground car garage under my room with a very noisy automatic door every time a vehicle entered or left the garage.

Staff were friendly, price was reasonable and location was good.
The room was unclean, the shower door was completely broken and off the hinges. The window didn’t shut properly and the heating didn’t work so I was absolutely freezing! Half of the plug sockets were also not working and the sink in the bathroom was leaking onto the floor.
Luckily I was only staying for one night after attending an event but I wouldn’t book again.
