It was great to have multiple spaces for us to work and have separate bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower lacked power, and the toilet seat needs fixing. It would have been nice to have some table lamps in the living room for a more relaxed feel.

Our best stay yet. We stayed in a lovely one bed apartment. Spacious and modern with a wrap around balcony.

Very helpful staff at the hotel check-in. 4 minute walk to the apartment. I mistakenly went to the Hampton Suite 1, rather than 2, which was next door! Took a while to work that out. Flat clean and very spacious. Some carpet staining in the public areas but overall cleanliness was excellent.

In my opinion, the apartment is pretty good expect that its location is a little inconvenient, as need in designated Hotel to arrange check in service. Room is tidy and clean. Overall check out arrangement is quite good and simple.

Room was very dusty. The wardrobes had inch thick dust on them, the pots and pans had what looked like hardened grease in them. We had 1 knife to cut things with which was broken. The freezer compartments were all broken. We stay here every year and it’s progressively getting worse and worse. The tv in the bedroom didn’t want to connect to the internet and the heating stopped working. When we called the front desk to let them know they said we are checking out tomorrow like it was ok - who cares I’m cold now I need the heating to work while I’m still there.

The staff were very courteous at check in and check out. The flat was mostly clean and comfortable. The flat was in a good location for us. However, it was rundown and needs to be re-painted, a lot of marks on the walls. One of the towels had a big hair ball in it. The shower had a lot of rust all over it from top to bottom. The toilet is in the corner and it’s not easy to sit properly on it if you’re a bigger person. I think the flat needs to be refurbished.

I reserved an apartment here through Expedia as did others in my group. I got a confirmation that I had reserved a 2 bedroom apartment from Expedia. We checked in, as instructed, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I was told there that I never had an apartment, that I just had a room at their hotel and that was what Expedia had reserved. I know several others who had this experience.

Worst Hotel Serviced Apartments I have ever stayed in. Will NEVER use them again. The rooms were cold as the heating did not appear to work. The bathroom was deplorable, no hand soap and the Shower unit was very difficult to operate.

I stayed in the Hampton Court Apartment Suite and had an extremely poor experience — completely unacceptable for the money I paid. When I arrived, my key didn’t work and I had to call for assistance to even access the building. There was no check-in information, no Wi-Fi or phone signal and I had to go outside just to try and contact the hotel. I called six times with no answer. Inside, the apartment was in a terrible state: marks all over the walls, no bin bag provided, a towel with a blood stain and a broken iron. I raised these issues twice in person (at 2:00 am and again at 8:00 am) and was advised to follow up in writing - which I did. It has now been over 10 days and management still hasn’t responded. I’ve called more than five times and each time I’ve been told someone would get back to me, but nobody ever has. Truly awful customer service and far below what I would expect for the price I paid.

The exterior door does not latch all the way, so anyone could walk in. The lobby area/ hall smelled... interesting and unfamiliar, in a bad way. Our suite was not clean; the master bed had stains on the mattress, along with what looked like black crumbs or seeds or something... the mattress pad and sheet were stained and there was a huge urine stain on the duvet cover as well. There were also stains on the curtains. The sofa bed had no sheets at all, so when I called the hotel to complain about the state of the master, I asked them to bring clean sheets for the sofa bed. The attendant remade the master bed, and left the sheets and duvet for the sofa bed- but when I made it up later, there was a urine stain on that as well! And another random, brown stain. And then, there were the spiders. I killed three before even talking to Expedia- and I'm not talking about the tiny little spiders that get into houses, I'm talking about large, bodies bigger than a US nickel sized spiders. Crawling down the second bedroom curtains, on the kitchen wall, in the bathroom, in the hall... my daughter took a nap when we first arrived in the second bedroom and got bitten up by something- looked like bedbug bites. They ended up moving us to the hotel, but that made things more expensive, as I now had to pay for each meal instead of cooking. Sorting this wasted the first two days of our trip- and no refund was given for the loss of our time or inconvenience.

The apartment needs renovation. Limited number of parking spaces and thus we need to park at Crown Plaza Hotel and walk back to the apartment. If need to do laundry, need to use the shared washing machines. However, one is broke and another isn’t connected with water supply.

Awful. The place was dirty, the floor filthy. The sleeper sofa was broken. The springs were gone and generally uncomfortable. No cooking utensil, pan, oven trays. No welcome amenity basket IE with a small dish soap, washing machine or dishwasher tablets or tea and coffee sachets. Just two larger pots were provided. 2 out of the 5 dining chairs were broken. The bedrooms were ok, in our room furniture didn’t fit in the room, it was too big or the room was too small, so no room to move around in our room. My daughter’s room was very large with hardly any furniture in it. The outside doors to the patios didn’t lock properly. And there wasn’t a tv remote (that was the only thing the hotel was able to replace for us). The outdoor trash cans/ dumpsters (which was our view) were overflowing and there was trash everywhere in the extremely small parking lots. There were two large storage containers taking up a few parking spaces. If you couldn’t park in the lot, you had to pay for parking across the road. If we relocating from the states, and waiting for our rental house to become available, I would have left even sooner then we did(checked out 1 day early). On that note was told at checkout because I booked through Expedia they couldn’t change the # of nights so they would have to charge me for the entire stay. Yes we voices our concerns to the front desk about the situation and dirty rooms/missing items were told “we will try to replace them or come clean. Never did!

The property was described as having stunning views. The back view of a parking lots full of junk and rubbish, the front of the building is to a busy noisy road. The water in all drains (shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink) were very slow to drain. There was mould and dirt in the grout all around the shower. There was no service on site, we were three people and there were two towels, two mugs. No dishwasher soap, no kitchen towels or napkins.

When we arrived the apartment had no couch as shown in the photos. Then the TV did not work would not switch on this was reported to the number provided. On the evening the tower fan did not work so we were left with an inadequate desk fan which was full of dust! The bed was like sleeping on a water bed ! We sent a what’s app message to the number provided and after 1hr we had not had a reply so we followed it up with a phone call. We also reported that the bathroom bin had no lid, the toilet brush was all rusty and all the skirting boards were full of dust. When we returned from our day out they had replaced the fan got the tv working and replaced the bathroom bin and toilet brush. We felt the room had not been used for a while and the furniture moved around as the bed was at a peculiar angle due to the removal of the couch! The doors were dirty and the curtains were hanging down. It was very unloved. There was 1 teaspoon and the hall/landing was very dirty with mud marks and the lift didn’t work. It looked like people were living there permanently . It took us 1 week to get our £200 deposit back from “pending” from the bank. We asked for compensation for the issues raised but we have not had a response. We don’t like leaving a bad review but we don’t think these premises are suitable. Would we recommend, definitely NOT.

We booked this property for our trip to London while the property itself is refurbished. We did find out it used to be a refugee residence. It is extremely far away from London taking about an hour and a half through public transportation and in our plus through car or Uber just to get to the London area. There is very limited dining areas around the property but there are some options. It is important to note that there is absolutely no form of air conditioning and the small fans provided barely circulated any air causing us to leave the windows open and bugs to come in the first floor unit. We had also felt unsafe due to the fact that having the windows open allowed anyone walking by to be able to either stop and look or actually come into the unit. The back area of the apartment we were in was littered with garbage and definitely needed to be cleaned up. There is a beautiful section of the Thames River that you can rent boats and walk alongside overall. Unless you are planning to only visit the suburbs of London, I would not recommend staying as it is extremely expensive to get back to London and takes a ton of time

The apartment was clean and spacious, with a suitable location. The kitchen was clean with enough utensiles. The towels, bedsheet and toilet were clean and we were comfortable to use them without doubt. To our surprise, there were two fans which gave us good comfort during the hot summer. The only down side was that the pan and saucepan were a bit old. A new set will be good. Also, a few more cutting knives will be convenient. Lastly, a few more hooks in the toilets to let us place our towels and clothes will also be great. Outside our room, we found that the laundary was a bit dirty, but we did not have to use it, so it was alright. One last thing, we did not realize we have to walk up 2 storeys. So, some warning in the description page will be good.

On that note was told at checkout because I booked through Expedia they couldn’t change the # of nights so they would have to charge me for the entire stay. Yes we voices our concerns to the front desk about the situation and dirty rooms/missing items were told “we will try to replace them or come clean. Never did!

The property was described as having stunning views. The back view of a parking lots full of junk and rubbish, the front of the building is to a busy noisy road. The water in all drains (shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink) were very slow to drain. There was mould and dirt in the grout all around the shower. There was no service on site, we were three people and there were two towels, two mugs. No dishwasher soap, no kitchen towels or napkins.

When we arrived the apartment had no couch as shown in the photos. Then the TV did not work would not switch on this was reported to the number provided. On the evening the tower fan did not work so we were left with an inadequate desk fan which was full of dust! The bed was like sleeping on a water bed ! We sent a what’s app message to the number provided and after 1hr we had not had a reply so we followed it up with a phone call. We also reported that the bathroom bin had no lid, the toilet brush was all rusty and all the skirting boards were full of dust. When we returned from our day out they had replaced the fan got the tv working and replaced the bathroom bin and toilet brush. We felt the room had not been used for a while and the furniture moved around as the bed was at a peculiar angle due to the removal of the couch! The doors were dirty and the curtains were hanging down. It was very unloved. There was 1 teaspoon and the hall/landing was very dirty with mud marks and the lift didn’t work. It looked like people were living there permanently . It took us 1 week to get our £200 deposit back from “pending” from the bank. We asked for compensation for the issues raised but we have not had a response. We don’t like leaving a bad review but we don’t think these premises are suitable. Would we recommend, definitely NOT.

We booked this property for our trip to London while the property itself is refurbished. We did find out it used to be a refugee residence. It is extremely far away from London taking about an hour and a half through public transportation and in our plus through car or Uber just to get to the London area. There is very limited dining areas around the property but there are some options. It is important to note that there is absolutely no form of air conditioning and the small fans provided barely circulated any air causing us to leave the windows open and bugs to come in the first floor unit. We had also felt unsafe due to the fact that having the windows open allowed anyone walking by to be able to either stop and look or actually come into the unit. The back area of the apartment we were in was littered with garbage and definitely needed to be cleaned up. There is a beautiful section of the Thames River that you can rent boats and walk alongside overall. Unless you are planning to only visit the suburbs of London, I would not recommend staying as it is extremely expensive to get back to London and takes a ton of time

The apartment was clean and spacious, with a suitable location. The kitchen was clean with enough utensiles. The towels, bedsheet and toilet were clean and we were comfortable to use them without doubt. To our surprise, there were two fans which gave us good comfort during the hot summer. The only down side was that the pan and saucepan were a bit old. A new set will be good. Also, a few more cutting knives will be convenient. Lastly, a few more hooks in the toilets to let us place our towels and clothes will also be great. Outside our room, we found that the laundary was a bit dirty, but we did not have to use it, so it was alright. One last thing, we did not realize we have to walk up 2 storeys. So, some warning in the description page will be good.
