This is the worst hotel ever in my life.I booked 5 day here in Room 353.On day 4 at noon ,one blonde hair staff knock my room door twice time and told me is time to check out(Impolite attitude).I suppose that she want cleaning my room so i reply her’ok wait few second ‘,then i change clothes and ready go out during the other short hair cleaner knock door and say i need check out again.Then i reply her i have booked 5 days,why i need to do that and prove it my booking information.after that she just say “oh is mistake ,you can go back to sleep”. Two staff haven’t any apology to me and go back their job as usual.I wonder why i had pay £485 for living then give me unprofessional service,my room hygiene is awful ,toilet have some silverfish, and cleaning not completely, never refill shower gel. When i check in first day at noght ,the front desk guy just give me key card and room no. no more presentation to me. Breakfast slightly better hostel(fruit and croissants )but not worth it £8.5.Overall to say, I highly not recommend live in this awful Hotel. Expensive but mess up my trip.

Good location near O2 Academy if you want to go to concert but room is tiny and bathroom toilet is so small.

No kettle in the room,has to go down the ground floor each time,

訂了3人房和2人房，3人房的空間比2人房小，2間房間洗手盤位置有嚴重渠臭，3人房上格床連床單也沒有舖，要自己動手舖床。 早餐只有muffins和牛角酥，咖啡奶茶，超簡單。 總體而言，不建議入住。

Rooms clean staff great

Room was clean with fresh sheets and towels. No cold water in bathroom tap and sink not great for teeth cleaning. Breakfast was not really worth what I paid for what I had but fair selection of food. Parking was limited but I found a space no problem. You may struggle with this at weekends or during holidays.

Very convenient, even though the hotel is going through a major refurbishment!

Ok should have known staying at a hotel while it was having building work done, first night very cold and put it down to complicated temperature control. But the next day when going out seeing heaters being moved out of rooms. Once I returned I sat how cold it was and was promptly given a heater room was nice a toasty. Parking, once you have a space Don't move your car or lose the space. But I was warned. It was a shame that I encountered the member of staff knew nothing about road tolls or M6 charges.

Central place .rooms are extra small specially if you are bit overweight you have to think about staying in this hotel , didn’t took breakfast so not sure ,

Breakfast is good, the room is nice but the air cooler/heater only has cold air and the room is very cold at night

Le chauffage par ventilation n' a pas fonctionne pendant les 3 nuits que j' ai passees a cet hotel bien que j' aie signale ce probleme a l- accueil le premier jour. Ce n' etait pas agreable la nuit et le matin.

Not much in the local area but hotel is fine for a budget option

Good budget hotel. Clean and friendly. Staff helpful. Ten minute walk from the centre/train station.
