ibis budget Birmingham Centre

This is the worst hotel ever in my life.I booked 5 day here in Room 353.On day 4 at noon ,one blonde hair staff knock my room door twice time and told me is time to check out(Impolite attitude).I suppose that she want cleaning my room so i reply her’ok wait few second ‘,then i change clothes and ready go out during the other short hair cleaner knock door and say i need check out again.Then i reply her i have booked 5 days,why i need to do that and prove it my booking information.after that she just say “oh is mistake ,you can go back to sleep”. Two staff haven’t any apology to me and go back their job as usual.I wonder why i had pay £485 for living then give me unprofessional service,my room hygiene is awful ,toilet have some silverfish, and cleaning not completely, never refill shower gel. When i check in first day at noght ,the front desk guy just give me key card and room no. no more presentation to me. Breakfast slightly better hostel(fruit and croissants )but not worth it £8.5.Overall to say, I highly not recommend live in this awful Hotel. Expensive but mess up my trip.

Good location near O2 Academy if you want to go to concert but room is tiny and bathroom toilet is so small.

No kettle in the room,has to go down the ground floor each time,

訂了3人房和2人房，3人房的空間比2人房小，2間房間洗手盤位置有嚴重渠臭，3人房上格床連床單也沒有舖，要自己動手舖床。 早餐只有muffins和牛角酥，咖啡奶茶，超簡單。 總體而言，不建議入住。

C’est la 3 fois que je viens personnelle très souriant patient quand on ne connaît pas la langue. Près de tous pour visiter Birmingham parfait, convient bien au petit budget , l’hôtel très propre et le soir bien surveillé par des vigiles et seul petit inconvénient situé proche d’un voix rapide

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times the staff have been so helpful and lovely. The maid made the bed everyday and left fresh towels when needed.

The room was spacious, sparkly and comfortable. The cleaning of the room was done frequently.. Location was convenient, close to the mall too. Overall I enjoyed my 2 weeks stay and will stay again

The room was much smaller than it appeared on the advert. There was no kettle in the room to make drinks. I don 't think I would stay there again.

Great staff! They were beyond helpful and gracious to us and all our requests! Area around hotel was kinda dirty but was more due to the city itself, not from the staff or other people that stayed in the hotel.

Was very basic but perfectly adequate for what it was. I’ve discovered that a kettle actually does matter to me. Also the tv didn’t work.
