內裏設施好，環境舒適，清潔，位置方便。整體感覺很好。

802 號房門口感應卡位置爛了，沒有維修。 到 Gym room 只有一部 lift 可到達，有點不便。

2-minute walk from the Aldgate East Underground Station, with some cafes nearby. Equipped with washing machine with drying function, which makes a long-stay (11 days and 10 nights) more convenient. Likely to stay in the same hotel when I come back to London next time.

Great staff service and cozy clean design room

The stay was great with spacious room, with friendly staff Simona being the host. The room is clean with high speed WiFi. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. It was nearly perfect except a hotel staff went into our room while we were still sleeping in the morning. We were shocked and didn’t expect this. Recommend any staff who would like to enter hotel room knocks the door first and says the purpose of entering. But overall I still think it’s a good stay.

位置很好，就在Aldgate East 地鐵站出口2分鐘。很舒適，很乾淨，也很寬敞。只是該地鐵站沒有電梯，有大行李者，可以搭到下一站Whitechapel，但要走10來分鐘。

櫃檯的服務人員都很親切，非常積極的處理問題，交通位置良好！要注意的是他一週只打掃一次，包括垃圾處理，因此如果垃圾比較多的話，要考慮，不過我們是很適應。整體的居住感受非常好！會再考慮入住：）對了，廚房設備非常齊全，附近又有超市，如果要自己下廚非常方便，還附有洗碗機、洗衣機！

It is a very neat and nice hotel. Many appliances are there and absolutely will surprise you. Spacious room and friendly staffs. Only that location is a little bit off from where i need to go - but it is still fine by taking bus, tube or having some walking....

Hotel is at a great location. The surrounding neighborhoods are diverse and interesting. The nearby underground station takes you to all the major locations in London. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. My only complain is the bed is a bit too soft for me.

The hotel is very comfortable! Staff Federica was so helpful when we checked in. We had arrived earlier than our check-in time due to the early flight, and she let us get into our room immediately! It was a great relieve for us after a long tiring flight! The hotel has everything we need and clean. We cooked and wash our clothes once (though the drying programme seems didn’t work). It’s even with a dish washer! The space was also sufficient to put our luggages. We once had some gifts for our friends but we were out for sightseeing, the reception allow us to leave the gifts and messages to our friends! The location is also really great, I feel safe and it’s very close to the Aldgate East station for just 1 minute walk, got nice coffee shops and restaurants around. Would definitely stay again when we back to London in the future!

Convenient location, modern style room setting, best choice in central London

It's a great hotel and environment, only 1 minute from the subway, and the transportation is very convenient.I will live next time again

The location of this place is amazing but could do for some upgrades as the rooms are not as advertised. My bathroom on arrival was very dirty, I had to clean it myself to be able to use it. I arrived late in the evening so couldn’t be bothered to wait any longer for someone to clean it. Very minimal items in the kitchen - 1 spoon, 1 fork, etc. No paper towel in the kitchen and one cloth towel was provided. I had to request washing liquid for the dishwasher and laundry. Air Con didn’t work and when I messaged down to ask for assistance was sent a 3 sec widow of someone pressing the one button. The staff at the front was hit or miss. Some amazing, some too bored to be there. At one point they notified me of a potential leak and needed to come and look at my unit. The maintenance people left the bathroom a mess and I was told someone would be right up to clean. Several hours went by and I had to ask 2 times before someone was sent. No real acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I think this location could use an update but I would consider other locations as I do like the concept.
