Novotel London West

The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item.

I'v stayed at this hotel multiple times, mainly because of its excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk from Hammersmith Station, which also serves as a major bus terminal-making it incredibly convenient for getting around London. Whether you're heading into the city of travelling to and from the airport, the transport links here are exceptionally efficient. The area is lively, with plenty of dining options nearby to suit different tastes. The service meets the standard of a typical branded hotel, though I noticed this time that the room felt a bit dated. That said, the overall experience remains positive. This hotel will definitely be my first choice the next time I visit London.

Convenient location. Good staff.

Very hospitable front desk staff. Requests were handled efficiently. Great amount and variety of buffet breakfast that fit the needs of different people including people who prefers a gluten free diet. Fitness Centre is quite spacious, neat and tidy.

Very limited breakfast which was not replenished very often. Staff member at entrance desk to breakfast was not very welcoming, explained everything to guests in front of me but just took my room number and said nothing further. Would have been helpful to get an overview of where to sit, where the buffet etc was

The location is good in terms of getting into central London with Hammersmith tube only a short walk. The rooms are really three star, basic with only a kettle and some water as frills. We did not find the bed too comfortable, and the bathroom looked like was due for upgrade. Breakfast was very good with a lot of quality ingredients and options. The lifts / elevators need attention with long waits and more than 5 people was an overload. Also getting in and out of the hotel was not straightforward, the lobby is on the first floor so you have to get a small lift up one floor. It would be better to have an escalator and is an obvious upgrade. Parking is £1.50 per hour with a code the hotel give you on checkout. I don't think for the price-point I will return, there are newer and better options available locally.

Great location. The tubes are very accessible with shops if you need food or snacks. The room was clean and quiet, good for sleeping. The staff was helpful

Vi åker ofta till London och Hammersmith är ett av våra favoritområden. Hotellet ligger bra till nära tunnelbanan och erbjöd allt man önska. Prisvärt och det uppfyllde våra förväntningar. Lite rörigt vid frukosten men inget större problem.

Super Lage, 5 min zur Underground und modernes Gebäude. Negativ: Lange Wartezeiten am Aufzug. 3 von 4 Aufzügen waren defekt „Out of Service“ Stickige Luft, Klimaanlage hat nur warme statt kalte Luft ausgeblasen. 100 GBP Kaution die man auf die Kreditkarte belasten muss, die zum Glück zurück erstattet wurden

Fantastic

Gutes Hotel mit super Anbindung ins Stadtzentrum. Frühstück optimal. Aufzüge haben nicht immer optimal funktioniert. Immer mit Wartezeit verbunden. Einige waren ständig außer Betrieb. Personal sehr freundlich. Eine schöne Bar und 2 Restaurants im Foyer. Preis/Leistung stimmt.

Breakfast not as good as previous visits, much less choice and lower quality than previous visits ie no healthy cereal option such as bran flakes/ fruit n fibre/muesli, only two sweet bakery options, no mixed berry prepped fruit fur yoghurt etc. Room clean, but dated and at double the price of a more spacious, comfortable, modern Premier Inn room. Stand friendly and welcoming. Hotel well located for local amenities and good transport links

Allmänna ytor vart bra. Resturanger, lobby etc. Rummet extremt slitet. Trasig AC, spol knapp i badrum och blandare i duschen. Personal i framförallt resturangen kändes också rätt trött på sitt jobb. Bra hotell om du bara ska sova.
