The staff is outstanding. Helpful and friendly. Daily room service included water, coffee and biscuit replenishments. The breakfast buffet was amazing and very nicely priced. It gets busy as the morning goes, the dining room staff is spot on replenishing everything. Location can’t be beat, less than five minute walk to Paddington station.

Excellent stay at a very nice neighborhood. Super close to paddington station where you can take the coach , the red bus, the train and the tube to any place in the city. It was my birthday so they kindly decorated my room for me ! How thoughtful!!!

部屋がびっくりするくらい狭かった。構造が複雑で同じ建物なのにエレベーターで行けない部屋もあった。
古いが手入れはされている。スタッフの対応も丁寧と思うけど、建物の狭さと複雑さに驚いた。

I was upgraded to a loft room, but I would have preferred a standard double room. The staircase in the room was quite steep and you needed to watch your step carefully. Breakfast was ok, but I would have preferred a coffee machine rather than a small coffee pot for my table. But for the price, this hotel is outstanding value for this location in London.

The location was great and parking good. Easy yo find and only 2 mins walk to paddington station. Easy check in. Decent breakfast and helpful staff.
Room extremely small not as advettised and air conditioning not working properly so extremly hot and couldnt sleep. Room smelt damp and top sheet eas dirty

Ok sized room. Two very large twin beds.

Beliggenhet er god med kort vei til Paddington station, som er et viktig knutepunkt for tog og undergrunn. Hotellet har ingen fasiliteter som koselig fellesrom, trimrom eller restaurant. Trange trapper, trange ganger, trange rom og særdeles trangt bad. Du får det du betaler for. Det er billig, og hvis det i hovedsak er ei seng og du trenger, da er dette et fint alternativ. Sengene var faktisk svært gode. Frokosten var i et rom i kjelleren uten utsyn, men maten var god og variert. Både toast, yoghurt, frukt, egg og bacon. Bra frokost med unntak av eggerøren som var helt uten salt og smakte rart. Orket ikke spise den. Hotellet ligger bare en kort spasertur fra Hyde Park og Kensington garden. Den italienske hagen i Kensington garden må besøkes. Den var vakker!

Wouldn’t stay again. It should be priced for much less - the solo rooms at least and this is based on other locations I’ve stayed at in London before.
The location is great for Paddington Station.
The room was small, bathroom is tiny, walls are very thin. Got woken up by the room next door at 4am - for a moment I thought someone was coming into my room it was that loud. Didn’t make me feel safe. Was then kept awake by them talking for a while.
And then the fire alarm went off at 8:50!

Great location as it is near to Paddington station and close to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Rooms are a bit small but clean and comfortable. The stairway to my room was a bit narrow but manageable. Overall a good place to stay.

Our stay was good and I would stay there again. Great price with breakfast. Good location
Pros: very comfy bed. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very nice and pleasant. Tea coffee and biscuits available. Great location and surprisingly quiet. Bathroom spotless.
Cons: no USB sockets in the room so had to go out to buy a plug.
Our room had some very dangerous steps down into the bedroom from the corridor.
The room was rather dated
No food available other than breakfast.
No fridge in room.
