Room was not clean, biscuit crumbs all over the big red chair. The shower gel was just water. Conditioner was empty. I would not stay here again.

The room was spacious, very clean and quiet overnight. Bathroom towels felt quite new. What was disappointing was the meal we had in the Italian restaurant. The food was warm not hot which could indicate it wasn’t freshly cooked to order. My side order of roast potatoes were not roast potatoes! This was disappointing as we were very pleased with the room.

Will not stay there again. The carpets in the hallway to the rooms smelled. They sprayed this strong scent all over the hotel so they can cover up for the carpet smell I guess. We were told we had to pay 5 pounds/person for the pool which is ridiculous because it should be included and the changing rooms were so dirty with towels all over the floor and were slippery floors. The staff at the pool was also not nice and attempted to open the door to the changing room while my daughter was changing even though I told him we were in there after he knocked. The pool itself was so hot (like a hot tub) and there was no airconditioning in the area. My kids swam for 5 min and left. I couldn't wait to get out of that hotel!

Room catered for our small family of 4 - beds comfy and bunk beds were great. Requested view of airport which children enjoyed. Amenities in the room such as coffee machine were all good. Check in process has okay, could of been clearer with regards to self check in and sorting own key card out. Had to ask staff regarding information for swimming pool. Despite our book in being with breakfast included, no details were included on where to go, times, etc. But breakfast food was brilliant! Staff were welcoming too!

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. From the start, there were issues with communication as no one was answering the telephone inside the hotel, and I had to repeatedly go downstairs to reception for assistance. The staff at reception and housekeeping were often dismissive and at times disrespectful, which made the environment feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable, especially when returning to the hotel. At times, the way I was dealt with felt overly harsh, unwelcoming, and unnecessarily confrontational, which added to the stress of my stay. The experience felt very formal, impersonal, and overly procedural, rather than being treated as a valued guest. These issues caused disruption to sleep, unnecessary stress, and a significant waste of time. The next morning, after speaking with the night manager Iain, some resolution was offered. However, the day manager Noor did not honour what had been agreed and caused further stress regarding parking charges for my friend’s vehicle, despite an agreement already being in place. I made it clear that this had been agreed with Iain, who was present at the time, and expected it to be respected. Although some compensation was offered, including late checkout, waived parking for two cars, and 50% off the night, I am still waiting for proper follow-up from the hotel. While the hotel appears modern, the service does not match expectations and has been very disappointing. If your stay is bad, complain so it gets addressed.

Really nice hotel close to the airport, modern rooms, nice bar, a bit big and lots of people but quiet and pleasant enough

Stayed here earlier in year and loved it but do feel standards have dropped. Breakfast still had as many options but I do feel that the quality has slightly dropped. Take mushrooms in particular. My towels in the room had a hole in it. Then on top of that now you have to pay extra to use the pool. Now because of that it doesn’t feel as good as it did and I have to down grade it to middle of the road, not terrible but not as good as it was.

Very good hotel and close to the airport. Small transfer busses going between the hotel and airport was very good even though you need to pay for it.

Best to check-in on line because the lobby can get really busy and you need to wait for 15 minutes before you can speak to the receptionist.

Room was great. We did have a problem with the heat was not working. The guy came very quickly and fixed it. Great shuttle bus service and the restaurant was very convenient. The room was VERY quiet. Great stay!

Parking is an issue

Clean spacious room. Easy to get to and close to the airport.

Food staff and cleanliness were great, the only negative was I found the bed extremely firm and uncomfortable.
