Exaxtly what we needed for location and price. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had plenty of options and catered for GF.. Adrianna who checked us in was especially helpful. Would stay there again.

Excellent location, moments from Leicester Square and Picadilly Circus. Room was reasonably big for central London, bed was super comfy. Staff were great, sending some Prosecco to the room when they heard it was our Anniversary. Despite being so close to buzzing nightlife, we didnt hear any noise in the room. Overall, couldnt fault it.

地理位置很好，去邊都方便。樓下就係好旺好多人既街道，唔會感覺到雜，夜晚訓教時間唔會嘈。房間乾淨企理，房內空間對比歐洲其他國家算係大了。下次有機會再去倫敦一定會再簡呢間酒店！

Room very nice. Very clean comfortable. View was not nice all vents etc . 5th floor. Breakfast buffet was nice basic but ok. There is Greggs and McDonald’s outside the hotel so won’t pay £50 extra for breakfast again. Reception small and needs updating . Does not look posh and looks tired

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten London zu Fuß hervorragend erkunden. Im Badezimmer gab es leider keine Heizung, aber ansonsten alles prima.

The staff was amazing! Also, the luggage storage was top tier and super helpful. They kept our bags before and after our stay so that we could enjoy London. This is also on a main tube line so you wont have to take many Ubers. It was a great location with Regent Street being less than 5 minutes walking distance and Bond Street was 10 minutes away. We also walked to Buckingham Palace which was 20 minutes away. The surrounding area was bustling but the hotel is actually quiet and super clean. We had three adults in our room with plenty of space. I plan to stay here for years to come.

Das Zimmer hat stark unangenehm gerochen, wir durften es jedoch wechseln. Einer von zwei Liften war defekt, was bei sieben Stockwerken sehr mühsam war, insbesondere wenn man in den oberen Etagen untergebracht ist. Das Badezimmer war stark verschimmelt und das Zimmer insgesamt sehr unsauber.
Das Personal war jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, weshalb ich zwei Sterne statt nur einem vergebe. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist insgesamt leider sehr schlecht.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Lage des Hotels.
