Super Lage, saubere und große Zimmer, Parkhaus direkt unter dem Hotel. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Ein Glasregal war ein wenig verstaubt, ansonsten war alles sauber. Personal war sehr freundlich.

The location at the top of The Reeperbahn is fantastic and the hotel is certainly a step up from the some of the other hotels in the area. As I was with a friend I choose this hotel because of the larger bedroom and this turned out to be fine. There is plenty of space in the room, a larger bathroom and a separate desk and two chairs that can be used. Check in was fine. When it was staffed, the bar, coffee area was fine. Unfortunately, on two occasions I waited for drinks, once for coffee in the morning and once for a beer in the early afternoon, but no staff were there so I left. At check out, nobody was on reception so we left our cards on the counter. The aircon in the room either didn’t work, is rubbish or needs a science degree to work it – this was annoying as it was 25 degrees on the days we were there. We were on the 7th floor and the wait for the list can be long. On the whole this is a nice hotel. I wish they had more staff on in the morning/afternoon and waiting 4/5 minutes for the lift is annoying but I would probably stay here again if the price is right.

Dejligt hotel, god beliggenhed, fine rene værelser, venlig personale og god morgenmad

Super zentral gelegen. Sauberes Zimmer, nur eine Dusche wäre angenehmer gewesen als eine Badewanne. Frühstücksbuffett war für jeden Geschmack was dabei

Es war wunderbar. Das Zimmer mit allem was das Herz begehrt und das Frühstück war mega.

Es ist nicht das erste mal, dass wir in diesem Hotel waren und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen und werden es wieder buchen, wenn wir in Hamburg sind

Das Personal war klasse immer Hilfsbereit und Professionell. Zimmer war klasse.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful — a true architectural masterpiece. From the reception area to the bedroom, everything is designed with great taste and attention to detail. It is definitely worth the price. In addition, the location is perfect, with everything you need nearby and easily accessible. You can reach anything within minutes. I will definitely book here again.

If you read my previous review on this hotel, you will probably be surprised that I returned. The management offered me their nicest room with the breakfast to try and compensate for my previous day. This room was clean, although two black towels were found behind a chair that were obviously nothing to do with the hotel. It was a bit weird sleeping in a round bed with the mirrors above it, one could only imagine that it was 1 way glass with camera above you filming 😬 the bathroom was still something out of the year 2000 and seriously needs a revamp, but my biggest grip, considering you are trying to impress and already disgruntled customer, was the heating did not work and the room was like a fridge. To be totally honest, your hotel is a complete and utter contradiction of itself, the outside of the property looks absolutely beautiful, the disappointment hits you like a tsunami when you walk into a room. All in all, highly disappointing and it would not matter if you offered me a week of free stays, I will not be returning.

Rigtig god oplevelse. Dejligt hotel, store værelser og hjælpsomt personale. Placeringen centralt i st Pauli tæt på U4 gør det nemt at komme frem og tilbage og rundt i Hamburg.

Sødt og imødekommende personale. Pænt og rent værelse. God morgenmad. Ligger helt perfekt i forhold til fest og barliv, stemning som skal opleves. Bonus, musik og larm fra festglade mennesker høres ikke, når man skal sove, selvom hotellet ligger på Reeperbahn. Kan varmt anbefale hotellet!

Breakfast very simple. Only a few bread orange just by color not taste. Steamy bathroom as there's is no ventilation in bath only inn the small closet where the toilet is.

Der Aufenthalt im Onyx hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war in einem modernen Stil eingerichtet. Es erschien auch nicht zu alt oder gar abgenutzt. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Bad und Toilette waren räumlich voneinander getrennt. Die Dusche war sauber und ebenfalls groß genug. Gleiches gilt auch für das Bad im Allgemeinen. Die Klimaanlage wäre auch für einen heissen Sommer stark genug gewesen. Durch die Fenster in Bullaugenform konnte von außen keiner nach innen gucken. Die Reeperbahn und Landungsbrücke waren nicht weit entfernt. Parkplätze, wenn auch kostenpflichtig, waren überall zu finden. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch und lecker. Auch gab es einige warm angebotene Speisen wie Bohnen, Eier und Würstchen. Coctails an der hauseigenen Bar waren preislich noch okay. Das einzige Problem waren die extrem vielen Blitzer in Hamburg. Auf einer Brücke waren sogar zwei fest installierte Blitzer zu finden. Mich hat es leider auf einer geräumigen, dreispurigen Straße erwischt. Mein Navi zeigte zwar die üblichen 50 km/h an, aber scheinbar waren nur 30 km/h erlaubt. Auch mehrere Autos neben uns wurden geblitzt. Auf der Rückfahrt viel uns auf der Autobahn ein Streckenabschnitt mit der ungewöhnlichen Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 40 km/h auf. Tatsächlich wartete in einer Kurve der nächste Blitzer auf uns. Ich frage mich ernsthaft, ob die verantwortlichen Politiker mit einem solch schwachsinnigen Verkehrspolitik die Touristen von einem Besuch in Hamburg abhalten wollen!!!

God value for money. Fin morgenmad, dog var deres glutenfrie brød ikke godt. Vi savnede en sauna som der var førhen. Super og serviceminded personale alle steder🙏
