Hotel dotato di tutti i confort, in una buona posizione per potersi spostare facilmente per la città. Camere pulite e colazione internazionale abbondante. Personale molto disponibile e professionale. Hotel molto spazioso lo consiglio a tutti.

Highly recommend this place. It was close to Duomo di Milano and other attractions. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and made my stay enjoyable. Could even drop off the luggage before the check in time.

The staff was amazing, especially Euri. They couldn't do enough, honestly. It was the manager that I had a problem with. I must have returned to the front desk 15 times, as my key didn't work. It kept demagnetizing. They offered to upgrade my room, I simply didn't have the time to unpack. I requested a night for free, as compensation for all my time lost, and they offered me free breakfast. That didn't quite cut it, as my time in Milan was all about business, I was exhausted and frustrated. As for the hotel itself, clean, had great food, nice atmosphere, but poor care on my behalf in terms of compensating me for all the hassle. They should have -

Excelente localização, quarto limpo e confortável. Mas pouca atenção dos funcionários e o café da manhã simplesmente uma bagunça. Muita gente que chega a faltar louças disponíveis e há filas para apenas 2 máquinas de café!

Eu achei a hospedagem excelente sinto somente que o hotel poderia oferecer água como outros da Europa. Quando cheguei achei o segurança um pouco rude também.. entendo a questão de segurança mas acredito que poderia ser mais receptivo.
