太過吵雜，跟其他的Double去比起來差很多

It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel.

Staff very helpful and friendly, although front desk and reception area quite small and can get very busy. Shower water quite weak.

整體尚佳，飯店外景致不錯，離車站步行算近。不過，房間偏小，且衛浴設備設計不佳，乾溼分離的門無法密合，洗個澡弄得整間溼答答的。不知道是不是希爾頓的副品牌，感覺不出有希爾頓的水準。

Room was good, very clean and bed was comfty. More milk for coffee's 100% needed. Free water refill station also needed. Staff at the restaurant were amazing. Checking out and questions asked at reception were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival and checking in, the staff who checked us in; was grumpy and short with answering questions. He didn't seem to care much. Apart from that, it was a pleasant trip 👍

Staff were great particularly Alda in Luminair bar. Really really top level experience for a hote bar.

The variety of the breakfast, and the cookies at check in was a plus. Rooms were clean and staff attentive

Check-in yaptım ve odaya girdim whatsapp’tan bir bildirim geldi. Otel ilgili, bir mesaj göndermişler konaklama ile ilgili, oda nasıl? Beğendin mi? Bir ihtiyacın var mı tarzında. Ben de mesaja karşılık olarak iki aytı yataklı oda yerine tek oda tercih edebileceğimi söyledim ama yanıtsız bırakıldım. Üstelik bir sonra gün mesajım dikkat alınmadan konuyla alakasız başka bir mesaj daha gönderdiler. Bu otele kalmamın iki sebebi olabilir. Şehir merkezine yakınlığı ve rooftop

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The staff were more than helpful with early check in and minding our luggage too. Comfortable bedding. Only downfall was limited shower pressure but found most places that around Europe

Staff very polite. Room clean.

Staff on reception were great and the room was clean and very comfortable. Food wasn’t great in the restaurant or room service and waiting staff were rude and unhelpful in both the rooftop bar and ground floor restaurant. Overall- great to stay but eat elsewhere 😊
