A business hotel not aiming for tourist. Tourist is just allocated room facing internal structure which is very dark. Room lighting is also very dim. Toilet bowl keeps emitting bad smell which is disgusting. Water temperature keep changing from warm to cold every 20 to 30 seconds which causes shower a nightmare. A lot of the dishes in the restaurant have broken edges which we rarely seen in other hotels. Breakfast is 100% western without any Asian food. As I do not eat processed / refined food which are carcinogen and I do not eat trans fat food which increases LDL Cholesterol I can only eat salad, mushroom, fruit and egg in their breakfast which is very boring although their breakfast has large variety of cold cuts, salted food, bread and cakes. In my next trip to Norway which I am planning next summer, I will stay in Thon Hotel instead as they allocate room with much better view to tourist and their breakfast is of much better variety to Asian who has greater emphasis of healthy food.

Disappointed stay. The worst shower among all my hotel experience with water temperature keep jumping from warm to cold every 2 seconds!! Can't sleep well as room temperature is high at night no matter how you try to adjust it. The carpet just beneath the bed is loose and we nearly fell down a number of times during our stay. Cleanliness is yet to improve as there is hair on the bed sheet when we just check in and the carpet on the corridor outside the room is full of obvious white small pieces. Room window is facing their internal structure and so can only see other rooms when we look out the window. The so-called swimming pool is just a small play pool for children. Breakfast though appear to have variety but is just limited to 100% western food without any Asian food. Overall, consider it is just a business hotel instead of a tourist hotel. As a tourist, it will be more enjoyable to choose another international branded hotel which will be more cross cultural and home felt.

Selve hotellet var fantastisk:) Rent, stilig, hyggelige ansatte, kjempegod mat, flotte rom, gode senget og veldig sentralt.
Men det var utrolig lytt ut til gaten hvor det går trikk konstant også utover kvelden/natt. Det var også mye høylytte mennesker utenfor på natten. Så vi sov nesten ingenting de to nettene og det preget selvfølgelig ferien vår ellers. Dette gjør at vi dessverre ikke kommer til å booke oss inn på The Hub flere ganger og vi kommer ikke til å anbefale det til andre. Det er veldig dumt, for selve hotellet er fantastisk.

I recently stayed at the Clarion The Hub Hotel and overall the hotel is very nice. The property is clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city.
However, this is the second time I have stayed here and unfortunately the steam room in the spa area was not working again. That was disappointing because one of the reasons I chose this hotel was to enjoy the spa facilities after a long day.
Aside from that issue, the staff were pleasant and the hotel itself is beautiful. I just hope the steam room is repaired soon so guests can fully enjoy the amenities the hotel advertises.

The staff is incredible. I have been to many hotels in Oslo, all good experiences, yet here the staff really makes the difference.
The SPA & pool area are also great and the view on the restaurant and bar on the 13th floor are unique.
