早餐多樣，房間床很舒適。

A business hotel not aiming for tourist. Tourist is just allocated room facing internal structure which is very dark. Room lighting is also very dim. Toilet bowl keeps emitting bad smell which is disgusting. Water temperature keep changing from warm to cold every 20 to 30 seconds which causes shower a nightmare. A lot of the dishes in the restaurant have broken edges which we rarely seen in other hotels. Breakfast is 100% western without any Asian food. As I do not eat processed / refined food which are carcinogen and I do not eat trans fat food which increases LDL Cholesterol I can only eat salad, mushroom, fruit and egg in their breakfast which is very boring although their breakfast has large variety of cold cuts, salted food, bread and cakes. In my next trip to Norway which I am planning next summer, I will stay in Thon Hotel instead as they allocate room with much better view to tourist and their breakfast is of much better variety to Asian who has greater emphasis of healthy food.

Disappointed stay. The worst shower among all my hotel experience with water temperature keep jumping from warm to cold every 2 seconds!! Can't sleep well as room temperature is high at night no matter how you try to adjust it. The carpet just beneath the bed is loose and we nearly fell down a number of times during our stay. Cleanliness is yet to improve as there is hair on the bed sheet when we just check in and the carpet on the corridor outside the room is full of obvious white small pieces. Room window is facing their internal structure and so can only see other rooms when we look out the window. The so-called swimming pool is just a small play pool for children. Breakfast though appear to have variety but is just limited to 100% western food without any Asian food. Overall, consider it is just a business hotel instead of a tourist hotel. As a tourist, it will be more enjoyable to choose another international branded hotel which will be more cross cultural and home felt.

可惜房間內沒有煮水壺，需要熱水時還去樓下BAR幫忙裝!早餐非常豐盛，種類繁多，也都很美味!值得試試看的早餐!!

Good food and helpful staff

Lots of front desk staff so we didn’t have to wait for anything. Both the rooftop bar and the lobby bar had really nice staff and great cocktails. The breakfast buffet was massive and really high quality. The pool in the basement was an infinity pool so that was fun to try and they have a steam and a dry sauna as well that we enjoyed on our last night. This hotel is also across the street from the central train station and the local transportation had stops all around here. Very walkable as well. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for tourism. Everything was pretty close.

Small room, very dark, limited closet space, no kettle in the room, no ward rope or flip flops for going to the pool. Location is convernient en breakfast excellent. But overall overpriced for what you get

I stayed in this hotel a few times before and I booked it again mainly because of the steam/sauna rooms. Sad to say I definitely will not return to this hotel in future. As before I booked the Standard Double Room. The room is supposed to have a small sofa/ chair by the bed, as featured in the standard double room photos, apart from a chair in front of the desk. In the room I got this time, there is only one chair by the desk. Also, the fridge did not work - it's warm inside. I called the front desk and asked for another room. To avoid misunderstanding on whether to categorise the furniture in question as a chair or sofa, I specifically said there was only one chair in the room in front of the desk. The lady who answered my call assured me that in a (mere) standard double room only one chair is available for guests, almost in a mocking tone. So I went down to the front desk and asked for another room. The staff apologised and said that not all standard double rooms have that piece of furnture. In the end I still got a room with only one, uncomfortable chair by the desk. However, I later found out that the phone in the room did not work; so when I had to contact housekeeping, the only choice was to go to the front desk... Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly, to be fair. But there are lots of other hotels in the area with way more comfortable rooms, which include a sofa and functioning fridge/phone. I surely will not return to Clarion The Hub.

Great location, very easy access to sights and restaurants/shops. There was a strike when we visited so no housekeeping which we weren’t told. Staff at reception and the restaurant/bar were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a huge choice. The pool was closed which we weren’t told. Comfortable bed and nice smelling Rituals toiletries in the bathroom.

Fantastisk bra hotell

Alt er veldig fint på the hub og jeg trives veldig godt her med både service, rom og fasiliteter. MEN å blir vekket før kl.09 på morgenen av at noen vasker vinduet utenfra og ROPER inn til meg at jeg må lukke vinduet så de får vasket er ikke noe særlig. Gjerne si ifra om dette på forhånd. Alt ellers kjempe fint som sagt.

Alt ok, litt trengsel på frokost.

Rommet var fint og med godt renhold. Dessverre var det skittent i gangene, som ikke ble rengjort under hele oppholdet. Frokosten var bra og med godt utvalg. Det var ekstremt fullt i frokostsalen og vanskelig å få bord. Savner at betjeningen i større grad holdt oversikt over hvilke bord som var ledige, og at ikke enkeltpersoner tok bord med plass til fire-seks personer. For et så dyrt hotell føles det litt rart med lang kø i resepsjonen ved ankomst, det virket helt klart som at det er designet slik at man skal velge selvinnsjekk, men at dette ikke føles naturlig for typen gjester som bor ved hotellet.

Veldig god frokost, hyggelig personale og rommet var rent og pent. Litt dårlig luft men fikk låne en vifte fra resepsjonen som di kom og leverte på rommet.
