The staff in general was very friendly, the property is stunning and very well located.The reception staff were incredibly kind and polite, especially Live, who made me feel truly welcome and gave a wonderful first impression of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

A business hotel not aiming for tourist. Tourist is just allocated room facing internal structure which is very dark. Room lighting is also very dim. Toilet bowl keeps emitting bad smell which is disgusting. Water temperature keep changing from warm to cold every 20 to 30 seconds which causes shower a nightmare. A lot of the dishes in the restaurant have broken edges which we rarely seen in other hotels. Breakfast is 100% western without any Asian food. As I do not eat processed / refined food which are carcinogen and I do not eat trans fat food which increases LDL Cholesterol I can only eat salad, mushroom, fruit and egg in their breakfast which is very boring although their breakfast has large variety of cold cuts, salted food, bread and cakes. In my next trip to Norway which I am planning next summer, I will stay in Thon Hotel instead as they allocate room with much better view to tourist and their breakfast is of much better variety to Asian who has greater emphasis of healthy food.

Disappointed stay. The worst shower among all my hotel experience with water temperature keep jumping from warm to cold every 2 seconds!! Can't sleep well as room temperature is high at night no matter how you try to adjust it. The carpet just beneath the bed is loose and we nearly fell down a number of times during our stay. Cleanliness is yet to improve as there is hair on the bed sheet when we just check in and the carpet on the corridor outside the room is full of obvious white small pieces. Room window is facing their internal structure and so can only see other rooms when we look out the window. The so-called swimming pool is just a small play pool for children. Breakfast though appear to have variety but is just limited to 100% western food without any Asian food. Overall, consider it is just a business hotel instead of a tourist hotel. As a tourist, it will be more enjoyable to choose another international branded hotel which will be more cross cultural and home felt.

Litt problem med self chevk in. Endret nasjonalitet fra USA til Norge og måtte da ligge inn alt av opplyanknger på nytt. Dette burde ikke vært nødvendig, da alt av opplysninger lå i reservasjonen. Pluss for tidlig innskjekkstid uten ekstra kostnader

Fantastiskt hotell som förstör potentialen med personal i SPA området som är väldigt otrevlig och nonchalant. Flera gånger öppnar personen som tömmer handdukar dörr både från korridoren och till SPA området till omklädningsrummet. När detta påpekas fnyser han och rynkar på näsan. Det är knappast ok med tanke på priset per natt på detta hotell.
