Check in was smooth.. ocean view room above the pool was very nice. Great shower with hot water, Safe, mini fridge.. Smart TV(ours unfortunately did not work).. only issue I have with this location is the distance to the beach is roughly 10 minutes. You can use the Henann beach chairs, but you cannot have access to bathrooms or sister resort Alona’s pool.. if you sit anywhere near the front row. You will constantly get hassled by beach vendors …just a fair warning. This was our second stay at a Henann resort. Both were very nice. But I would say this resort was extra special when it came to the staff. Everyone and I mean, everyone was completely on top of their game and very very nice!!!

Super friendly staff, very clean hotel, the breakfast buffet was top notch with friendly staff and chefs. The swimming pool area was immaculate. The room also was very spacious with an elegant bathroom and baclony view of the inner quad swimming pool area. The entire Henann brand is highly recommended, I’ll definitely be back with my family.

沒人情味的住宿完全沒有家的感覺，入住根本是活受罪！貌似韓資酒店在薄荷島各處進行搶錢大作戰，整體平庸無過人之處，奇怪的政策卻層出不窮，我沒帶榴槤，憑什麼帶熱食要收外食費？這哪門子的過分規則？外食不能在客房使用，這輩子第一次聽過，怕客房髒掉就不要開酒店！另外，削芒果也聽說要收費？！這輩子第一次遇到。於是我選擇不簽名，結果主管說，就算不簽還得遵守飯店規則，簽不簽都一樣，此生不會再住！一點人情味都沒的飯店，有的是一堆規範，不了解怎麼能被各平台捧的那麼高，薄荷島遊客真可憐！另外，電梯長時間悶熱及濕氣，每乘坐電梯一次都覺得自己臭掉了，很糟糕的設施！沒服務熱忱建議韓資集團把飯店收了，不要在當地服務造成旅客的旅遊素質下降！

This is not 5 star hotel but like 3 star……. Breakfast was simple not like what you expected from an expensive hotel there was bread but no cheese or spread don’t make any sense………. Smoking is not allowed anywhere only in the font of the parking lot…….. and is dosed say in the add…… I’m a smoker and I was so careful looking for a place that allows smoking……. I had booked and paid for 3 nights but I checked out after one night is impossible to relax there……. They try to promote their hotel like 5 stars but is not…… I talked with other people in the city and they said the same thing about the hotel…… the simple breakfast I was googling the hotel and found out that so many people don’t like this place and called it for a overpriced place …… I stayed in 5 stars hotel and resorts before…………. This is not 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!! I checked out after one night and booked a simple resort MGH resort and is was a perfect place and the breakfast was delicious………. I never go back and is difficult for me to trust hotels.com now They also drawing you a map you a not allowed to go anywhere…….in the check-in and is like the first thing they let You know…… and the restaurant was closed only open for breakfast………… this place is so boring. And I feel sorry for the other people who have booked this

The room is immaculately clean. Buffet bfast was amazing with plenty of food choices from local to European kind. Pool was clean, not over crowded and was open for a good reasonable time. Staff very friendly and attentive. An excellent stay I should say.

The resort hotel you imagine it to be. #1 favorite spot to book near Alona Beach (the outdoor beach restaurants spots). Tawala is a great option as the amenities of their other beach front location is also available to guests (some complimentary and some with a fee depending on what you want to use). Diverse buffet for their complimentary breakfast and 5min walk to the beach. Service and clealiness are always consistent and they do offer an in-house medic if guests are unwell.
