Location is amazing- straight onto Royal Mile and just up from the station. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I specifically asked for a room with a bath beforehand and they obliged. Bags, which we left earlier to go around Edinburgh were brought up to our room for us. Room was lovely. We had a few drinks and some food from Herbie Mores. Food was lovely and staff were very polite. Overall a wonderful stay.

It is very close to the station and Royal Mile. Not easy to access the hotel from the Waverley station. Need to navigate uphill via Cockburn Street with your luggage or you access North Bridge from Prince Stree. The building is very vintage but the interior is newly renovated. We stay in an executive room with lounge access. Nice lounge with different drinks and snacks. The room is spacious but the only shower is available but you've got all you needed in the room.

Hotel location, rooms were great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Geantleman from reception helped us with carriage and accompanied till -4 floor of the hotel to get quicker to the station. Only issue is breakfast that we think could have bigger choices. However we would be very glad to come back again.

Room was spacious for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), hotel itself is very clean and staff extremely helpful and friendly.
The mid stay clean could have been better, room not hoovered well. It would also be ideal to have enough cups for the amount of people stopping in the room
Finally the room could do with some upgrades, paint peeling on the bathroom door and warped wood frame.
