Dapat free upgrade ke suite, di mana pemandangan-nya dari kamar sangat indah. Kasur, kamar semua nyaman. Dikasih banyak cokelat, 2 set sabun shampoo merk Loccitane. Dapat free welcome drink Wine dan permen, cokelat di Lounge hotel pada saat malam natal. Overall sangat puas dengan service dan kualitas hotel-nya. Lokasi juga sangat dekat dengan train station. Top banget.

We stay in Luzern for 2 nights with sea view room, the room’s view is great and there’s the free coffee machine for us to grab a coffee and relax the whole afternoon. Me and my family enjoyed the room a lot.
Be reminded that the room without air-conditioner, a stuffy room and a bit hot, need to use fan and open all window in case to let the wind come in.
The welcome drink is great too, we enjoy much in the bar, a good memory in Luzern

We stay in Luzern for 2 nights with sea view room, the room’s view is great and there’s the free coffee machine for us to grab a coffee and relax the whole afternoon. Me and my family enjoyed the room a lot.

Room is bit disappointing. Quite small penthouse and no air-conditioning is a big problem especially in hot summer days. Slightly below expectation especially given it's relatively high ranking in Tripadvisors

位置很棒，外面景色很美，就是房间确实是有点简陋啦，没有护发素也没有牙刷牙膏…没有空调只有暖气和风扇，虽然这个温度也足够的啦但是关上门窗还是会有些闷闷的emmmm不过下面的餐厅是很不错的，牛肉很嫩，甜品超棒，就在河旁边，整体感觉非常棒

不愧是韩国花样爷爷推荐的酒店，几乎找不到不满意的地方，酒店位于卡佩尔桥旁，景色绝佳，楼下就是有名的餐厅，是这次欧洲之行最喜欢的酒店。

The location cannot be better:(just on the riverside, and close to old town area). All the staff are friendly, and it's so warm that our room was upgraded to river-view one. The pity is that our room is small relatively, compared with others. The breakfast is a little expensive; however, delicious and plentiful. This is a must-visit hotel in Luzern, and will be the first priority when we visit there next time

Our stay at Hotel des Balances was exceptional from the moment we arrived. We traveled during the railroad strike coming from Italy, and Vanessa at reception immediately brought a sense of calm and reassurance during what could have been a very stressful arrival. Our reservation was fully prepared, check-in was seamless, and the professionalism shown by the staff throughout our stay never wavered. The room itself was spectacular. Beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with personal touches that made the experience feel welcoming and refined. The view was truly outstanding, and the double French doors opening onto the balcony added the perfect touch each morning. Waking up to that atmosphere made the stay feel even more special. The location could not have been better. Everything was within walking distance, including the train station, restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront, making it incredibly easy to enjoy Lucerne. The level of care shown by the hotel team stood out once again when we received notice the night before departure that our flight had been rescheduled. The staff handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and genuine attentiveness, allowing us additional time in the room to ease the stress of the unexpected delay. Hotel des Balances delivers an elevated experience through its exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and prime location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucerne, as well as returning

Beware when securing room in Expedia for this property!!!!!!!!. Prices are listed on Expedia in USD$ but when you purchase they say will be in local currency according to customer support after the fact. I was billed by the property almost $1000 more than the quote. Be aware!

It is a lovely historic property in an ideal location. Close to the train station - ten minute walk - and beautiful view from our terrace. Definitely looks and feels upscale. We felt like we were in a storybook. We enjoyed the free ice cream they offer guests throughout the day and the chocolates in our room. We had a suite.
