Clean and tidy, excellent staff, highly recommended

Staff are all nice and helpful, resort itself is nice. We booked the pool access and jacuzzi villa which was perfect; except many mosquito outside the jacuzzi area. We told the staff there are mosquito in our room and they sent mosquito spray to us immediately. Overall is good.

It is very quiet for enjoying your holiday. It provides shuttle bus to outside for shopping and dinning. But the return time is 1830 only. I like it the most is providing a free waiting room for waiting your fight. It is comfortable!

較偏遠，入住後不願外出。 設備較古老，不似新建的酒店。 房間設備完善，清潔的。 全酒店被泳池包圍，泳池水也清澈，沒有小孩出沒， 挺享受的！ 但餐廳員工不太專業，常出錯的！食物質素也一般！

Well appointed resort, direct beach access, beautiful pools and grounds. Staff were so friendly. No need to leave the resort, convenience store and spa on site.

We were sold by an aerial shot of the complex. It looked like all pools were connected and you could swim everywhere. In reality they weren’t. Not that big a deal but it would’ve been fantastic if that was the case. No happy hour in the swim up bar was a let down. Breakfast and the food in general was good. The staff were excellent.

Da hat nicht viel gefehlt. Das war ein äußerst erholsamer Urlaub.

Beautiful hotel, clean and excellent service

Verbrachten 14 Tage in Ocean Jacuzzi Villa mit tollem Blick "in die Palmen", über den Kasuarinen-Wald-Streifen ins Meer. - Das Hotel zeichnet sich aus über ein tolles, weil sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Das Poolpersonal (Thor und sein Team), die professionelle Cocktail-Zubereitung an den Poolbars und natürlich die Poollandschaft selber fanden großes Gefallen. - Der Strand - wie auch schon oft besprochen - lädt ein zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen (man ist dabei fast alleine) - und Baden sowohl bei Ebbe als auch bei Flut. Der Sonnenuntergang hier zu erleben kostet viel Bildvolumen! Und übrigens, man kümmert sich auch herzlich an der Rezeption um all die Kleinigkeiten, die anfallen, wie Tourbuchung oder Verlängerung des Urlaubs selber. - Selten haben wir uns so erholen können wie hier!

Hôtel de taille moyenne face a la plage, plage propre mais comme la grande majorité des hôtels de Khao Lak pas équipée de transats ou parasols. Une grande piscine commune mais le mieux est quand même de choisir une chambre avec accès piscine (ce qui pour nous revenait à une grande piscine pour 3/4 chambres)! Quelques restaurants à côté de l’hôtel mais assez loin à pied du centre ville (marché de Bang Niang) : le mieux est de loué un scooter! Hotel un peu vieillissant mais propre et au calme. Petit déjeuner très bien, quelques cours de sport proposés (pilates), restaurant au déjeuner moyen et très cher, autant dîner à l’extérieur

We had a lovely stay - staff are wonderful, pool is huge, breakfast had loads of choice although as it got busier with guests it became a bit hectic with a lot of things running out. The room was spacious - we had a second floor king delux. Things were looking a little tired in areas - the first impression wasn’t great due to the lift up to reception and the pool tiles could do with some TLC. Setting is beautiful and some small local restaurants & shops to walk to.

Vi havde et 3 dages ophold som afslut på en Thailand tur på flere forskellige lokationer. Fin service og opmærksomme og søde medarbejdere, rigtig fin modtagelse. Rum lever op til forventninger og har god størrelse. Vi havde pool accces men kun sol om formiddagen på den lille terrasse grundet beplantning. Ved den store fælles pool var der solsenge nok, men selve poolen trænger til renovering - mange små fliser er røget af (mosaikstørrelse) - og meget af belægningen er terrassebrædder hvilket gør stedet hyggeligt, men det meste trænger til udskriftning eller behandling, så lidt synd at stedet på det område fremstår slidt. Det betød ikke noget for vores korte ophold. Morgenmad er gennemsnitlig men der mangler ikke noget. Lækker strand, ingen solsenge der, men der er liggeunderlag på værelser man kan tage med og pool/strandhåndklæder udleveres. Når der er ikke er højvande kan man gå langs stranden til Bang Niang området. Tager man taxi skal men en stor omvej for at komme til byen og spektaklet dernede (300 Baht) Stedet er lidt isoleret, der ligger lidt restauranter og massage bikse ved et par andre hoteller et par hundrede meter derfra - spiser der ikke selv. Det er et adults only, så der er fredeligt og roligt - og ret hyggeligt.

The staff was super friendly. The rooms were good. The infrastructure is used and not that new. All in all it was good but not the best.

Vue sur les piscines intérieures. Complexes très calme. Chambres très propres et lit impeccable. Très bonne insonorisation et climatisation silencieuse. Le balcon est vraiment petit et beaucoup de vis à vis mais il y a deux sièges confortables et une petite desserte. Petit déjeuner au buffet copieux et varié. Personnel extra, souriant et toujours aux petits soins. Les points négatifs sont l'éloignement par rapport au centre ville mais il y a quand même un restaurant sur place et d'autres petits restaurants à 10 minutes à pieds. Les piscines auraient vraiment besoin d'être refaites car il manque du carrelage partout . C'est dommage car les piscines sont très très grandes et entourées de beaux bougainvilliers. Pas de sièges de bain ni de parasol sur la belle plage : vraiment dommage. De plus il n'y a pas beaucoup de place sur les bains de soleil autour de la piscine qui sont très tôt pris d'assaut. Les bungalow avec spa devant les piscines et vue mer sont très accueillants.

The hotel was all hoped it would be. Good quality. Breakfast was more than enough. The pool was amazing, and also right on a most amazing beach. Many thanks to the Haven

Beach: Absolutely stunning and not even close to crowded Wi-Fi: Somewhat unstable and not reliable enough for video calls. Housekeeping: Excellent. Our cleaning maid, May, did a wonderful job and kept the room in perfect condition throughout our stay. Air conditioning: Worked very well. Note that removing the key card from its holder shuts off all electricity, including the air conditioning. Breakfast Breakfast was the main disappointment. While it is clear that effort is being made, the overall experience does not meet expectations for a five-star hotel. The setup looks right, but execution falls short. For comparison, we stayed at JW Marriott last year, which had a similar layout but delivered a significantly better breakfast experience. Specific feedback and suggestions Fruit selection: Limited variation. Mango was missing entirely, and pineapple and dragon fruit were only available on a few mornings. Noodle soup station: Visually appealing but poor in execution. •First attempt: noodles were undercooked. •Second attempt: chicken meatballs contained a lot of gristle and sinew, making them unpleasant to eat. •The broth flavor was also not to our liking. •Juice: In a country rich in fresh fruit, serving juice from concentrate is disappointing and feels below five-star standard. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent housekeeping and good room comfort, but the breakfast experience needs a clear upgrade to match the hotel’s five-star positioning.
