Easy access, comfortable bed, low cost.

This is the 3rd time I stay at this hotel, front office staff especially sastia, leona, and the soft spoken guy (assist me to check in) was very polite, the only deficiency is, the mini bar fridge in my 2 rooms (313,312), both is not working, I ' ll ask them to check but nothing change, we stay for 3 nights, mini bar quite useful for us.

Staff was friendly, but the room needs a lot of improvement. I understand this is Ibis Budget, but doesn't mean the facilities should be in such tight budget. The AC was dripping water, and I asked the staff to fix it but they only put a mat under the AC. There were ants everywhere: on the wall, on the table, IN the phone (I tried lifting up the phone to wipe the table, and ants were coming out from underneath the phone), near the sink, and I even found some on the bed. To put cherry on top, the next day as I was going to shower, I found a cockroach walking leisurely on the bathroom door. Honestly, please do better.

No room service. The lift was not working always. The flush in the washroom was not working.

Nice staying for 2 nights. Strategic locations. Many food options around.

The room is tidy and clean. Overall, I have a good time.

Hotel nya bagus, staff yang bebersih nya ramah. Ruang kamar nyaman.

It 's a great place to stay during our short travel to Jakarta. This is only one of a few hotels around Cikini that can have more than 2 people, and it is located right across Taman Ismail Marzuki, a place that I frequented. The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean and comfortable to use. However, the breakfast menu could be more varied.
