Absolutely horrid. I’ll leave a more in-depth review soon elsewhere but the beds were filthy and I found stains and hair and a scab and a bed bug, the rooms falling apart, and the customer service was HORRRRRIBLE.

The floors & towels were dirty had hair on it. The housekeeping staff was too loud & noisy. The breakfast buffet was too crowded to eat breakfast in peace & quiet. They charged me resort fees even though I got a free night from being a silver member of hotels.com

I had reserved two queen beds for three adults, but two double beds came up. I told the hotel that I had reserved a queen room and showed them my reservation details. However, the hotel said no other rooms were available and that it was a hotels.com problem, so I had to contact the hotels.com help center. However, the help center chat made me wait and then ended up forcing me to end the chat. When I made the reservation, the queen size room was a little more expensive than the double room, but I wanted to feel good about my stay, so I reserved a queen room, but it was not available. I am angry that both the hotel and the reservation site were irresponsible.
I have used the hotel many times and this is the first time I have had such an experience.

This hotel is right across the street from the Fallsview Casino, which is very convenient. When you walk to the front of the property and look down the street you see the American Falls. It’s within walking distance to everything. The hotel is old but clean and the staff members are pleasant. One thing to note is if they don’t rent enough rooms they do not serve eggs and meat with breakfast. There is still toast, muffins, waffles and cereal, so no one will go hungry. We would stay there again.

Excellent location. However, the furnishings definitely need upgrading. The heating/air conditioning unit is pretty noisy and needs attention. hard to sleep with the noise. It was clean and comfortable and had the amenities you would expect. The price was quite reasonable given the location, but the furnishing were right out of the 60's
