It was noisy and the soundproofing was terrible. It wasn't a hotel, it was more like a motel.

호텔내부의 시설은 그다지 청결하지 않았고 테라스 창문도 열리지 않았다. 또한 바람으로 인해 창문도 흔들거렸다.

위치가 너무 좋아요 도보로 폭포, 카지노, 주변 음식점 등... 객실이 추워요...문틈 사이로 차가운바람이 많이 들어와요

Rooms was not clean. Staff was quite stroppy and not friendly at all. But location is good for a night stay

Our hot tub in our room was not in service. Breakfast was just ordinary complimentary breakfast. The garage could use some cleaning and painting. Staff was always helpful! Our room was clean.

We stay at the Quality Inn often. It is a good bang for your buck. We often get the same room and love the view. The last time we stayed it was fantastic. Our room was great, breakfast was great. Location is great. This time breakfast and obviously the location still good, however our room looked really run down. The curtains were ripped, the tiles in the bathroom ceiling were not the greatest actually the whole bathroom could use some love. Would we stay again, probably, hopefully someone sees this and fixes somethings up.

So-so close to the Falls. 5 minutes walk and a great breakfast in the morning. One thing I would liked changed is that breakfast would great at 7 AM

Room was great with a view but staff was questionable, the guy that checked me barely told us anything and was rude about it. And later Night staff I asked for direction to OLG stage and women didn’t even know where to do which is very annoying. Breakfast was included and it was fantastic! Did not go see the pool but was set up weird as well

L'hôtel dispose d'un grand parking. Nous sommes arrivés en avance et nous avons pu déposer notre voiture sans problème. Vous êtes a 5 minutes à pieds des chutes du Niagara. L'hôtel est très bien placé

The Quality Inn Falls Cascade is in a great location to the falls, restaurants (within walking distance), the Skylon Tower and as a pickup spot for Viator tours. The hotel/motel is a little dated, but clean. There is free breakfast and free parking. We stayed in the hotel part, but did not take advantage of amenities.

Great location, free parking, great value, good full breakfast and they let me in early! Great stay! Room is nice. Loved the pool and hot tub. Next door to Skylon and short walk to falls!

Amazing staff

Room was clean, staff very friendly,breakfast was excellent and really enjoyed the hot tub.

Das Bad war bis auf ein paar Haare in den Ecken soweit sauber, das Bettlaken hatte Löcher und Flecken. Der Herr am Empfang abends war sehr freundlich, die Mitarbeiterin die für das Frühstück zuständig war hatte 20min vor Ende der Frühstückszeit schon große Teile abgeräumt und Aufbruchsstimmung verbreitet, sodass selbst ein kurzer Snack nicht mehr gemütlich möglich war.

Everything was terrible other than breakfast. Had to try room key 100 times to unlock main entrance and then room door. Room was terrible, not cleaned, empty tissues, AC switch broken, floor and sink in bad condition, weird smell, worst decision to book that hotel. One good thing that it was close to fall but not worth staying in.

Breakfast was awesome but our room was in a separate building and had to walk outside to pool area..hot tub was very chloriney and not too hot.

房間設施有多個問題，吹風機不能工作，到前台反應反映他們借出一個臨時給我。晚間的員工比較好及有禮貌。另外房間有一個電燈關關掣破裂，向早班的職員反映，他竟然叫我「收聲」極為無禮貌，另外我昨天早到，他表示未有房間，這個我可以理解，但翌日退房時見有另一位客人卻可以提早入住，我不知道是否這員工對亞洲人歧視。這酒店己經列入黑名單。 The room facilities had several issues; the hairdryer wasn't working, and when I complained to the front desk, they lent me a temporary one. The evening staff were better and more polite. Also, one of the light switch switches was broken, and when I mentioned this to the morning staff, he rudely told me to "shut up." Furthermore, I arrived early yesterday and was told there were no rooms available, which I can understand, but when I checked out the next day, I saw another guest able to check in early. I don't know if this staff member was discriminating against Asians. This hotel is now on my blacklist.

Great place to stay. Awesome view of the American Falls from the hotel balcony. Highly recommended
