It was noisy and the soundproofing was terrible. It wasn't a hotel, it was more like a motel.

호텔내부의 시설은 그다지 청결하지 않았고 테라스 창문도 열리지 않았다. 또한 바람으로 인해 창문도 흔들거렸다.

위치가 너무 좋아요 도보로 폭포, 카지노, 주변 음식점 등... 객실이 추워요...문틈 사이로 차가운바람이 많이 들어와요

From our very first interaction, the receptionist treated us with an unpleasant attitude. The photos shown online were misleading, there was no view at all, despite what was advertised. The property had an unpleasant smell throughout, and the room was not clean. The carpet was visibly dirty, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The only positive aspect of this place was its location, as it is within walking distance of the falls and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Room was ok. Outdoor corridor, thought it was all indoor. Due to this had to put a towel in front of the door to stop the draft.

The room was clean, The staff was friendly and helpful The mattress has seen better days ....

Bed not comfortable, in room phone had no ringtone, tv was poor, had to walk from our building to front desk in another building to talk to front desk, poor snow clean up, poor parking, not enough spots for guests. Pool was good.

It is very close to the OLG stage walk across the street right there . rooms are ok clean could us better chairs more comfortable,

Housekeeping lacking for room and hallways. Not enough parking for guests and overflow parking hijacked by scammy "attendants". Too cheap to serve their powdered eggs and sausage during the week, that's only for weekends.

Room was clean but AC flow was high can't adjust in general it's ok

We checked in around 6pm and was given one of the room on the second floor with no elevator, the room was cold and thermostat wasnt functioning at all. The telephone in the room wasnt working and room service did not exist. I have requested for additional towels and bed sheets and was asking to come down to pick them up. On the final day the breakfast was not the same as the ones they served during the weekend, there were no eggs and coffee was cold, my son had a carrot muffin which was expired and moldy.

Clean room. Great shower water pressure and bathroom sink wasn’t clogged.

location was exceptional. only reason for 3 star is hotel is a bit dated and could use some sprucing up. I would stay here again though.

I booked two rooms and one room was full of bugs. My friends had to be moved to a different room. Will not be staying at a Choice property anytime soon!

Front desk staff were very pleasant. The room definitely wasn't anything like the pictures on the website.

Room was decent. Tight parking spaces but very friendly staff. Elevator rides were pretty cold

Your staff can’t control very loud guests , you should have a policy that inform guests to be quiet & be respectful. Children running around on hallways , banging doors & worse knocking on our door are very unacceptable, your staff were informed of this & responded “they’re children”
