Loved the room and the view of the falls. We were in a great location and was so glad that the windows and doors blocked all sound when I was ready to call it a night. I only wish the free parking wasn’t down an alley way.

We stayed at Quality HOtel during the wild 2 weather days March 16 and 17. Everything that we could do in the wind and cold was within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was just enough to get us going especially when we were travelling with a 4 year old. We were able to walk in the casino plaza and see the horseshoe falls from there. the arcade was across the road and was fine for the little one. A little disappointed that we were not able to walk to the falls due to the bitter cold and wild winds. Convenently located next to Skylon tower which we were able to see the falls perfectly from up there. The rooms could have been a little cleaner. As it didn't appear that the floors had been cleaned. Everyone was very kind and always said good morning to us. It was my grandson's first visit to a hotel and he was thrilled to see the falls lite up at night from our room. We will definately return to this hotel!

This was an awesome experience. We travel often. Stay in many hotels often and this hotel i will defonately stay at again. The staff was polite and knowledgable. It was a great walking distance to the falls and to clifton hill. Free onsite parking and a great variety of breakfast included. It was well priced. The pool was clean and the hot tub was the perfect temperature great having a walkeay from our room to the pool as it was winter.

Great location. Beds were comfortable l. Free parking and free breakfast were great. Only negative is that Room is dated. Wear and tear can be seen in furnitures , drapes and bathroom. Rusted floor heater should be replaced. Holes on drywall near the curtain hook should be fixed. Laminate floor need a new overhaul. Chairs in breakfast dining room aren’t sufficient during busy breakfast between 8-9 Am. We didn’t use the pool so no comments.

There’s 2 parts, there’s a motel- feel building and what looks like an apartment building. It was on sale. It has very little parking, had to walk off the ramp coz we parked on the 2nd floor. Staff was attentive, nice and friendly. We ended up at the motel looking room, washroom was clean, floor was clean, the bed comforter looked dirty, when you take out the comforter, the fitted sheet looks decent but I’m not sure what the black specks were (the weren’t moving), the head board and small gap was dusty& had finger prints. The room stayed in the same Temperature all night despite the temp outside dropping. We felt safe. Lots of families with small children. Free breakfast was nice, the lady was attentive and was refilling everything at once, it was clean. Overall, for the price it was okay. Maybe rename it as a motel, so it’s not misleading & expectation can be lower.

Only 1 ice machine for all 7 floors. Bedding was aged and stained. Curtains aged and stained. Could use some cleanliness updates. Pool temperature flucuates between warm and cold. There was a lovely continental breakfast with nice choices and a very lovely lady on staff who runs the breakfast. Always smiling, clean restaurant area and breakfast juices, coffee, toast, eggs etc always kept full. Overall reasonably priced and nice little balconies with a view, great ocation.

Only 1 ice machine for all 7 floors. Bedding was aged and stained. Curtains aged and stained. Could use some cleanliness updates. Pool temperature flucuates between warm and cold. There was a lovely continental breakfast with nice choices and a very lovely lady on staff who runs the breakfast. Always smiling, clean restaurant area and breakfast juices, coffee, toast, eggs etc always kept full. Overall reasonably priced and nice little balconies with a view, great ocation.

We stayed at Quality HOtel during the wild 2 weather days March 16 and 17. Everything that we could do in the wind and cold was within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was just enough to get us going especially when we were travelling with a 4 year old. We were able to walk in the casino plaza and see the horseshoe falls from there. the arcade was across the road and was fine for the little one. A little disappointed that we were not able to walk to the falls due to the bitter cold and wild winds. Convenently located next to Skylon tower which we were able to see the falls perfectly from up there. The rooms could have been a little cleaner. As it didn't appear that the floors had been cleaned. Everyone was very kind and always said good morning to us. It was my grandson's first visit to a hotel and he was thrilled to see the falls lite up at night from our room. We will definately return to this hotel!
