the room was good and clean. however the heater was not working properly and overnight we were cold. other than that it was a good location/hotel. the TV did not work. please when someone book a room make sure essentials work, like the heater is really important in the winter.

The walls are extremely thin, and the overall condition of the property is poor. The room was not clean, and there are no visible security cameras. Staff were dismissive and appeared unconcerned about guest comfort. When I complained about loud drilling noises coming from the neighboring room, staff accused me of being dishonest and made inappropriate comments, suggesting it was “someone’s toothbrush.” We were initially offered a room upgrade; however, when we went to the front desk to exchange our keys, staff abruptly withdrew the offer, stating we had been in the room for nearly an hour. During that time, I was on hold with Expedia, as that is where the booking was made, attempting to resolve the issue. I offered to provide proof, but staff continued to be insulting rather than helpful. Noise disturbances were constant — we could clearly hear neighboring guests and heavy stomping from the room above. Due to the lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and noise control, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
