Perfect location, clean room, friendly staff…love the little balconies. Breakfast was well done. Plenty to eat and food variety.. My one comment on breakfast is that they need faster toasters.. that was the only bog down. Have stayed here before and will stay here again!

Clear view of the US falls from our Tower room 602, stunning. We could even see the 10pm fireworks! Generous buffet breakfast including scrambled egg and sausages and self-cooked waffles. Fridge in room, as well as the expected coffee machine. Friendly helpful staff both in reception and breakfast. Surface parking around the hotel included. 3 min walk to the Skylon Tower and everything in town is within walking distance. Great visit.

Rooms are not well maintained. Cracks and water damage in bathroom ceiling. Entrance doors are not fitted properly. Hard to open and close. Can hear other rooms having same issues.doors banging. Breakfast ok! If you want a cheap noisy place this is it. Expected better. Would not recommend! Also got charged an extra $34.00 in fees for the 2 nights I stayed.Surprised!

Petite salle de bain qui ne donnait pas confiance, mais surtout climatiseur très bruyant ne climatisant pas du tout. Par contre, très très bien situé et personnel accueillant

It was very motel like. We had to carry a large suitcase up stairs because there is no elevators. The big windows face the walkway and anyone walking by can see directly into the room, so you have to keep the curtains closed constantly. The bathroom had a leaky sink that never completely turned off and the corners and crevices had dust dirt and hair. It was the kind of place I felt I had to thoroughly inspect the sheets, but they were clean. The air conditioning was noisy. The pool area looked sketchy. The hot tub was not working (we were told at check in) There is no fitness centre- I was told to go next door to the holiday inn and they’d let me use theirs. The breakfast was decent but the second day the eggs had run out and it took more than 10 minutes for them to be replenished. It was not worth the price we paid and would not stay here again. The only decent thing was proximity to the falls.

Rooms are not like the pictures at all, they seem to put anyone that doesn’t book through the hotel in the older very outdated part. No elevator on that part, which was very difficult for older people. Rooms were cleanish but everything was outdated or not usable ie coffee port, curtains didn’t close all the way. If you only need a bed to sleep on, it’s fine and the location is good but that’s it

The hotel is in need of significant upgrades. This was the third time I stayed here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The room felt very dated, and the TV had poor reception with very limited channel options. The breakfast was average at best. There were no fresh fruits or healthy options available. The only highlight of my stay was the lady working in the dining room. She was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service.

We stayed in the motel area, even though I asked for a room in the tower. It looked terrible from the outside however, the room was just fine. It was clean and rather large. The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to most of the attractions. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast was typical for hotel breakfast no fresh fruit though. Parking is very limited and was full. We had to park in their overflow area and walk back to the hotel which was about half a block. Not too terrible.

Wasn’t able to check in at 3:00 pm as stated. Bed was uncomfortable. Bug in the curtains. Furniture worn. Towels very thin and threadbare. Building had loud pipes and other machines that kept me up through the night. Would not recommended.

We were excited to get away fir a bit and I had reasearchd places to stay and it was difficult as it was summer and many hotels that we had stated at before- Sheraton, Hilton, Fallsview, Holiday inn for example had no vacancybut Expedia showd this property - Quality Inn so we looked at the photos of the hotel and it looked quite nice so we were shocked to discover when we arrived that there was a motel and yes we were in the motel. I told them we had checked into the hotel but no we had to be in the motel.Initially they had given us a room up high- one had to go through a dark door and up a long flight of concrete steps. My husband is 92 and I am 82 with osteo arthritis of my right knee and with luggage also I knew we could not do it so I went back to the desk to the 2 men who were not very leased and they grudgingly gave me a main floor room- it was straight out of the 60's. The room smelled musty , the drapes were burgundy- did not fit window - had 3 hunks of velcro holding them today- had a threadbare chair, rusted light fixture in bathroom, poor water pressure, very noisy, people coming and going all night long- people taking showers at 3 am- no sleep. Breakfast was included. The carpet in this room was so soiled. I was so glad to come home, And to top it off we paid $535 for the privilege of staying in this motel along with $11 more when we checked out. This was our outing in the summer- never again.

The room we got, 704, was amazing, great view, top floor, balcony, comfortable. Breakfast was very simple and basic - there was something to eat, nothing more. The cleaning staff and people working around the rooms were nice and pleasant. The older whitehaired man that checked us in was unfriendly, unhelpful and unpleasant to the point of rude. Either needs to leave or be retrained in a big way. The whole town seems to be aware of tourism and everyone seemed incredibly friendly and pleasant in a way that really stood out. Your check in guy was not. The check out guy was a little better but not like many other people and places in town - shame, because the room was amazing and the location superb.
