Great stay as always. Kid throw up in hot tub and was closed Fri night and water was never emptied! So stayed out whole weekend. Management needs to do better!!

Excellent every time, very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, love having a balcony, right across the street from the casino, only issue this time, the CHAIRS! You can fall through them, they seriously need replaced. We used the desk chair, and the resin chair on the balcony.

Amazing location didn’t need to pay very much friendly staff great parking great pool great breakfast really good value for the money the hotel is older but it does the job could not find a better deal beads are small and plumbing is dated will book again

There were practically no TV channels. The TV had no Canadian content. Only a handful of useless cable channels (like 5 pcs). The TV screen small and the picture was flickering were available. The pool was out of service. They said it was under repairs but I think they just didn't want it to be used off-season as I did not see any workers or repair activity. Some room light bulbs were out of order. The included breakfast was OK. This is a indeed a 2 star hotel. Location is good near the Falls.

Older building but clean, stayed in the tower portion. Excellent breakfast area and was open till 11am checkout time. Pool was under construction and not available. conveniently located able to walk easily to OLG stage or casino and restaurants. Only stayed one night, reasonably priced

If you just need a place to stay for the night, this one is fine. The interior design of the rooms is pretty outdated but thats expected at this price point. Very convenient as it is just a block from the falls and bus stop. It's right next to a casino if thats your thing. Overall it's alright.

We were not informed when we registered that the pool was under construction. There should be a small refund for people who didn’t get to enjoy the pool - we booked that location specifically because it had a pool. Also one of the staff spoke very condescendingly to clients, which was unpleasant.

Absolutely horrid. I’ll leave a more in-depth review soon elsewhere but the beds were filthy and I found stains and hair and a scab and a bed bug, the rooms falling apart, and the customer service was HORRRRRIBLE.

The floors & towels were dirty had hair on it. The housekeeping staff was too loud & noisy. The breakfast buffet was too crowded to eat breakfast in peace & quiet. They charged me resort fees even though I got a free night from being a silver member of hotels.com
