We booked a “River View” room for two nights. It was on the 6th Floor. The Hotel is just across the road from the “Skylon Tower”. Room was surprisingly spacious. One side of the big windows we could see the American Falls - although it was from a long distance. The other side was facing the Casino Hotel. The location is excellent! From the Hotel entrance turn left and walk down the hill 3 minutes and you are on the waterfront. A few minutes walk to see the US Falls and 5-8 minutes to the see the beautiful Horseshoe Niagara Falls. Hotel included free parking and breakfast. The continental breakfast was simple so don't expect too much. Hotel is a little dated but for the location and price, you will not be disappointed. Walk 15 minutes to "Clifton Hill" streets, and you will find yourself at a mini "Las Vegas". 👍👍 The second night we walked down the street to see the Fireworks and Light show! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and nice holiday. 😁😁

The curtains were Aweful had to use two paper clips to hold them close. The room smelt musty. The parking was terrible.

The room was presentable, shower nice and hot.

This was my second stay this month.... my room on the bottum floor outside was awful. But ny second room 502 was amazing

Clean room breakfast ok

The walls are extremely thin, and the overall condition of the property is poor. The room was not clean, and there are no visible security cameras. Staff were dismissive and appeared unconcerned about guest comfort. When I complained about loud drilling noises coming from the neighboring room, staff accused me of being dishonest and made inappropriate comments, suggesting it was “someone’s toothbrush.” We were initially offered a room upgrade; however, when we went to the front desk to exchange our keys, staff abruptly withdrew the offer, stating we had been in the room for nearly an hour. During that time, I was on hold with Expedia, as that is where the booking was made, attempting to resolve the issue. I offered to provide proof, but staff continued to be insulting rather than helpful. Noise disturbances were constant — we could clearly hear neighboring guests and heavy stomping from the room above. Due to the lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and noise control, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

The breafast provider lady was very good. The rooms were terribale. Spiders in the room and bathrooms. They gave us rooms outside the hotel building. Light was switch off in the middle of the night. Over all experience was horrible. We shortened our stay and check out.

The staff at check-in were friendly and knowledgeable. Offered meal suggestions for my picky kid and even a coupon for the restaurant. They gave us a room really close to the pool as well.

Food was fresh the room was sufficient but there are way nicer rooms on the otherside of the hotel staff awesome as usual

Great place to stay

The staff were very nice, but the property and our room were more run down and tired than I expected. It obviously needs some work. I purposely booked this hotel because of price, included parking, and included breakfast. Breakfast was not very good. The eggs had way too much butter in them and there was no bacon. One employee was doing everything and every table was full. She clearly needed help.

Standard Motel Room, needs updating.

One star motel. The view was good, but the "hotel" and the facilities are in very poor condition. No maintenance has been done. Breakfast is poor and served from disposable containers. There were additional charges on the bill, Resort fee and marketing fee.
