Perfect location, clean room, friendly staff…love the little balconies. Breakfast was well done. Plenty to eat and food variety..
My one comment on breakfast is that they need faster toasters.. that was the only bog down. Have stayed here before and will stay here again!

We booked a “River View” room for two nights. It was on the 6th Floor. The Hotel is just across the road from the “Skylon Tower”. Room was surprisingly spacious. One side of the big windows we could see the American Falls - although it was from a long distance. The other side was facing the Casino Hotel. The location is excellent! From the Hotel entrance turn left and walk down the hill 3 minutes and you are on the waterfront. A few minutes walk to see the US Falls and 5-8 minutes to the see the beautiful Horseshoe Niagara Falls. Hotel included free parking and breakfast. The continental breakfast was simple so don't expect too much. Hotel is a little dated but for the location and price, you will not be disappointed. Walk 15 minutes to "Clifton Hill" streets, and you will find yourself at a mini "Las Vegas". 👍👍 The second night we walked down the street to see the Fireworks and Light show! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and nice holiday. 😁😁

房間設施有多個問題，吹風機不能工作，到前台反應反映他們借出一個臨時給我。晚間的員工比較好及有禮貌。另外房間有一個電燈關關掣破裂，向早班的職員反映，他竟然叫我「收聲」極為無禮貌，另外我昨天早到，他表示未有房間，這個我可以理解，但翌日退房時見有另一位客人卻可以提早入住，我不知道是否這員工對亞洲人歧視。這酒店己經列入黑名單。
The room facilities had several issues; the hairdryer wasn't working, and when I complained to the front desk, they lent me a temporary one. The evening staff were better and more polite. Also, one of the light switch switches was broken, and when I mentioned this to the morning staff, he rudely told me to "shut up." Furthermore, I arrived early yesterday and was told there were no rooms available, which I can understand, but when I checked out the next day, I saw another guest able to check in early. I don't know if this staff member was discriminating against Asians. This hotel is now on my blacklist.

Rooms are not well maintained. Cracks and water damage in bathroom ceiling. Entrance doors are not fitted properly. Hard to open and close. Can hear other rooms having same issues.doors banging.
Breakfast ok! If you want a cheap noisy place this is it.
Expected better. Would not recommend! Also got charged an extra $34.00 in fees for the 2 nights I stayed.Surprised!

La chambre était dans le motel. Chambre pas rénovée, plusieurs articles défaites du mur (accroche rideau dans la fenêtre, porte serviette dans la salle de bain). Petite salle de bain qui ne donnait pas confiance, mais surtout climatiseur très bruyant ne climatisant pas du tout. Par contre, très très bien situé et personnel accueillant

It was very motel like. We had to carry a large suitcase up stairs because there is no elevators. The big windows face the walkway and anyone walking by can see directly into the room, so you have to keep the curtains closed constantly. The bathroom had a leaky sink that never completely turned off and the corners and crevices had dust dirt and hair. It was the kind of place I felt I had to thoroughly inspect the sheets, but they were clean. The air conditioning was noisy. The pool area looked sketchy. The hot tub was not working (we were told at check in) There is no fitness centre- I was told to go next door to the holiday inn and they’d let me use theirs. The breakfast was decent but the second day the eggs had run out and it took more than 10 minutes for them to be replenished. It was not worth the price we paid and would not stay here again. The only decent thing was proximity to the falls.

Rooms are not like the pictures at all, they seem to put anyone that doesn’t book through the hotel in the older very outdated part. No elevator on that part, which was very difficult for older people. Rooms were cleanish but everything was outdated or not usable ie coffee port, curtains didn’t close all the way. If you only need a bed to sleep on, it’s fine and the location is good but that’s it

The hotel is in need of significant upgrades. This was the third time I stayed here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The room felt very dated, and the TV had poor reception with very limited channel options.
The breakfast was average at best. There were no fresh fruits or healthy options available.
The only highlight of my stay was the lady working in the dining room. She was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service.
