We booked a “River View” room for two nights. It was on the 6th Floor. The Hotel is just across the road from the “Skylon Tower”. Room was surprisingly spacious. One side of the big windows we could see the American Falls - although it was from a long distance. The other side was facing the Casino Hotel. The location is excellent! From the Hotel entrance turn left and walk down the hill 3 minutes and you are on the waterfront. A few minutes walk to see the US Falls and 5-8 minutes to the see the beautiful Horseshoe Niagara Falls. Hotel included free parking and breakfast. The continental breakfast was simple so don't expect too much. Hotel is a little dated but for the location and price, you will not be disappointed. Walk 15 minutes to "Clifton Hill" streets, and you will find yourself at a mini "Las Vegas". 👍👍 The second night we walked down the street to see the Fireworks and Light show! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and nice holiday. 😁😁

房間設施有多個問題，吹風機不能工作，到前台反應反映他們借出一個臨時給我。晚間的員工比較好及有禮貌。另外房間有一個電燈關關掣破裂，向早班的職員反映，他竟然叫我「收聲」極為無禮貌，另外我昨天早到，他表示未有房間，這個我可以理解，但翌日退房時見有另一位客人卻可以提早入住，我不知道是否這員工對亞洲人歧視。這酒店己經列入黑名單。
The room facilities had several issues; the hairdryer wasn't working, and when I complained to the front desk, they lent me a temporary one. The evening staff were better and more polite. Also, one of the light switch switches was broken, and when I mentioned this to the morning staff, he rudely told me to "shut up." Furthermore, I arrived early yesterday and was told there were no rooms available, which I can understand, but when I checked out the next day, I saw another guest able to check in early. I don't know if this staff member was discriminating against Asians. This hotel is now on my blacklist.

Awesome value for the price range. The hotel is small, nothing fancy at all, and the breakfast was okay, but we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff was great. The best part was the location. It was a short walk to Horseshoe falls and all the attractions. Free parking was also a huge plus. It's one of the only hotels I could find with free parking. Most others charge $20 - $30 per day

Blick aus dem Turmzimmer 602 war gigantisch. Selbst das Feuerwerk war super zu sehen.Wir konnten auf die kleinen Niagara Fälle gucken. Frühstück typisch kanadisch. Pool gut, allerdings keine Umkleide. Zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar.Top Lage.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room faced the fireworks. Parking was included. As was the complete breakfast - waffle makers, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and sausages. There was breads, muffins and much more.

I liked the balcony and being able to take a look around at the surroundings while outside; could see the falls in the distance from our balcony.
Didn't realize there wouldn't be a microwave in the room. I would remove the carpet in the hallways as they have trapped some odours. The bathroom sink had trouble draining.
The hotel is a little run down but the price is reflective of this. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There is a good restaurant directly beside the hotel which was handy.

Good:
Room was fine, and beds were acceptable. Room also had a great view down the road, we could actually see the American falls from our balcony. The location of this hotel was great, walking distance to everything. Breakfast was good.
Bad:
Only 1 elevator and it's kinda sketchy. Also pool was out of towels, staff told us they would restock, never did.

We arrived at 3 for check in,was told it might be 4 before we could check in. However we were able to check in at 3.20 pm. On check out I had car problems and had t wait for a tow truck, and asked if I could check out later. Was flatly refused by the driver middle age white haired guy. Fair to say it’s the last I’ll be staying at quality hotel

The 2 double bed room we had was terrible. The air condition was so loud that you can’t sleep at night. When you turn off the air conditioning, the room becomes so hot even when outside temperature is only 60 degrees. You can’t never open the black-out curtain because people are walking in front of the windows. You can’t tell where your room is located when you make the booking. Maybe that’s on purpose.
Make sure you check your bill when you check out. We had a final price fixed when we book through Expedia. They still tried to charge us more. The man at the front desk wasn’t helpful at all. He was rude and disrespectful. We had to spend 45 minutes calling Expedia at the property to get the issue resolved. That’s the 45 minutes wasted on top of a disappointed stay at this place.

We were shocked when we entered the hotel room. It was completely different from what was shown on the website. We paid a significant amount of money for a very small room with no complimentary drinking water, dirty towels, and extremely limited parking. The floor was dirty, and there were several other issues as well. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This isn't as updated, but the location is amazing for the price! We even had the tiniest sliver of view of the falls from our balcony (though it was less than 5 minutes walk to see them for real).
