It's always an great stay at this hotel. It's a five-star hotel and it's so worth it to stay here. The location is strategic, close to electronic stores, malls, food stalls, and metro stations. The facilities are complete and the ambiance is very nice. Even though the hotel is full, it doesn't feel crowded — and the staff still takes care of you well. I was helped by Beta and she is very helpful with my requests. I always look for her when I visit this hotel. Another staff was also thoughtful enough to let me know the information of transportation booking to go to Guang Zhou. They have a late night snack which is usually porridge and noodles. They were very simple but taste very good. I really like it! The service is quite fast. When I requested amenities, they provided them very quickly. I definitely recommend this hotel!

I had booked a non smoking room but they provided me a smoking room which made me sick. I had requested to change to the other room but cannot. The staff at counter hard to communication in English.

The staffs are very nice and polite. This was our second stay. Love the view from our room (corner room) and the big bath tub. There are construction at another side, so they provided earplugs in our room but the noise didn't bother us.
