This is the second time we are visiting Copenhagen, and we have been staying at the same Hotel. We loved the breakfast, the kind staff, the possibility for early check in, and the clean room. Everything was appreciated. The hotel is quite central, and everything is nearby, including the Metro, busses and railway station. I would recommend this place for everyone, and we are sure to book the same place next time we vist Copenhagen again.

The room was generally okay, but I was disappointed to find hair on the bed linen, especially on the duvet, where I noticed long grey hairs. I also saw a drop of blood on what appeared to be new toilet paper, which was quite unpleasant. I also found it inconvenient that cleaning the room has to be booked in advance, that fresh towels need to be collected from reception, that no bath mat or towel for feet was provided, and that tissues weren’t available, as these are usually standard in four-star hotels. Apart from these points, everything else was fine.

Room was nice and clean, breakfast was great and staff was friendly and helpful. The online check-in We booked the wellness area and really enjoyed the steam sauna, however we would have liked a warmer pool and perhaps a larger selection of beverages (i.e. beer, wine) if we're being nitpicky! Overall we had a great stay and would be happy to return :)

We arrived very early in the morning like 8am and the receptionist was very kind to offer to check for us if there is any room that is ready for us to check in early. Instead of checing in at 4pm, we were very lucky and thankful for able to check in upon arrival. The staffs are courteous and kind. Will be better if there is a small fridge in the room.

The room was clean, but wheeeey too small for 2 people with suitcases. Breakfast was tasty, but it should have more protein than pork. Would have loved turkey bacon, salmon and chicken.

When we arrived, it was dirty glasses in our room, it was also hair on the floor and on the toilet. We booked a clean up, and went outside for almost 7 hours, when we got back the cleaning lady havent been there. She came running with towels, and we basically had to give her our old towels and the trash.

One group member praised the walking to nearby cultural spots or catching a quick train connection, the combination of convenience and atmosphere supports a seamless stay. Yes good selection and had a vegan/gluten free options which is great. But I missed healthier options like avocado, salmon

We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was brilliant being not too far from the main train station, and having bus stops a few minutes away. It's a lovely hotel that I would absolutely stay at again.
