it was a quick visit for a conference, staff friendly and helpful , room ok

The lighting fixtures in the room were a total pain in the neck. We got in after midnight, and for starters, you can't see anything at all; but then there is a zillion different buttons on the wall, and they're all delayed in their reaction times--bloody impossible to turn things on and off. The staff were also unhelpful with connecting to WiFi, which for some reason I was never able to do--wouldn't send somebody up to the room to help. But the breakfast spread was excellent.

Staff was great! Location was perfect, 10 min walk from train station/ Tivoli. You can rent bikes at the front desk. Short bike ride to all the historic Copenhagen sites Breakfast selection was excellent. Hotel is right across the street from the canal with nice walking path and swimming. We had the twin superior room with water view.

Rooms are small.

New, clean and staff very effective and easily engaged. Have to walk a few blocks to get to anything, but it’s easily walkable.

This is my 4th time in Copenhagen, 1st time at this hotel. Nice hotel. I had problems to work the lighting in the room. I could not figure anything even with the schematic diagram up on the wall. The very modern exterior blinds were amazing. I shut them at night but each morning I woke up just past 4am and the blinds were up. I have no idea how that happened but I think it's all the rooms. That was super annoying. There is a blackout curtain but there is no way to get it to close the gap to the wall, so sunlight comes in first thing at sunrise, which is around 4am this time of year. I liked the wellness center but it was a bit pricey. I liked the breakfast buffet and good service. It was very busy with large groups. I left my bag in the room and was going to check out just before 12pm. I got to my room but my card no longer worked. I had to go back down to reception and get the card re-activated. If I had known this would be a problem, I would not have left my bag in the room, as the time lost had a cascading effect on the rest of my travel to the airport, which was not ideal. Great location. Loved swimming on the door.

The hotel is so busy patting itself on the back for being "Eco Friendly" that it has forgotten guests enjoy some conveniences such as a phone in the room, air conditioning, towel racks and doors that mute sounds from the hallway and bathroom.

Rooms are clean and modern and the bathroom was a good size with a large shower. The pillows are very thick so quite uncomfortable and the beds are soft. Breakfast is a buffet, all good quality but less choice than we expected. The staff let the hotel down, most seemed badly trained and had to ask supervisors for help to find out information. The check out time is noon but we tried to return to our room at 11.50 and the key card had already expired, so had to return to reception to get access to our room to collect our luggage. Reception was always busy so you have to wait to get assistance, more staff are needed. There are extra charges for everything, including storing baggage after check out. Overall disappointing experience given the price.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous (and included). Staff was friendly and helpful.

The first day we arrived we were told that we could not use the restaurant at lunchtime because it was booked out for an event. The following day we tried to use the roof top bar but were again informed that it was booked for a private event. The hotel did not offer any apology or any compensation even though their advertised facilities were unavailable. Having said that the staff were very friendly and the facilities (when available) were very good and the proximity to attractions was great.

Spacious and clean rooms and a good central location near the Station and Tivoli. However, no water in the room, no tea and coffee-making facilities (except in Superior and above), no milk (even in Superior - you have to ask at the bar), and they charge to store luggage for a couple of hours too, which I'd never heard of before. Staff friendly, but a different reply to questions according to who you asked!

No coffee/tea facilities in the room is my only complaint from a room and hotel perspective. However i booked my stay through Expedia along with my flight as a package deal. I then got a checkin link via the hotel and checked in and they charged me again! I have been trying to get a refund for a week. I spoke to the receptionist on arrival and departure and numerous emails. Still waiting! Apparently they have a new system but this isn’t my problem.

Too far from shopping and other tourist part, not enough restaurant nearby, some staff are snooty

No coffee maker or internet access in room

Endless queue at check in , very slow check in process, gave me wrong room, rejoined the queue. Took 40 minutes from arrival to be in the room I actually booked. No apology. Very clean overall, but not fit for doing work as bad lights, desk lamp flickering and plugs in strange places (my charger cable wasn’t long enough), no usb charging points. Decent breakfast for the price In short maybe nice for a holiday but inefficient for a business trip.

All those pictures of a lovely pool but swallow hard at the deep end…..A swim for 2 is around £70 for 2 hours Well located and very busy place so must suit the majority

Very convenient and the price is right Nick And diamond charging you for umbrellas and no TV which makes it impossible for me to stay there again
