We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was very convenient, as it was within walking distance of most tourist attractions, including shops, cafés, and museums, while also being fairly close to a station with direct access to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean, if not particularly spacious. The staff were always friendly and helpful, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The Wi-Fi was strong and fast, especially for an open network without a password. The lobby area was also fairly spacious and open 24/7. One downside was that the curtains did not fully cover the window, which some guests may find bothersome. I also wish the hotel had offered free luggage storage.

中央駅から徒歩で10分ほど。 近くにバス停も2か所あったのでバスの利便性は高かった。 施設としては新しく宿泊客数も多かった。 ホスピタリティ溢れるスタッフには出会わなった。 良かったことは 朝食は種類豊富で味も美味しく毎日楽しめた。 また建物の前は海辺で 天然プールがあり一日中泳ぐ人が多く 21:00ぐらいまで賑やかで景色、雰囲気がとてもよかった。

We booked a superior room with king size bed with Hotels.com. As preparation, we inquired if early check-in is available and that we were willing to pay extra for it. The only response we got was an automated response informing about their lockers. When we arrived at around 12nn for check-in, we asked reception the same and got information that they were fully booked, so it was not possible at all. Earliest check-in is at 16:00. We think, ok, understandable, so we went out and set our luggage in the locker rooms. On the way out, we saw another family being checked in, and their kids even getting free ice cream. So I guess bookings from Hotels.com isn't as favorable as others? Anyway, we went back at 18:00 (2 whole hours after check-in) and we get the message that our room isn't ready still. When we complain that this unprofessional, given the time, they say "oh actually, we made a mistake, your room is ready". We finally go into our room, and there we discover that it isn't even the room we ordered. It was a room with 2 single beds, instead of the king size we ordered. When we yet again complain, it is only then we got the correct room. Location is good, breakfast is ok, but service is the worst I've had in years. I do not recommend this at all.

We booked a triple room and we booked it for the spa. Unfortunately we were not able to uae the spa as it was fully booked and the triple room we had was so small and no room to move. Overall was a nice hotel but sadly rooms were too small and we wasted money on a spa hotel we couldnt use.

Grymt bra hotell för en weekend! Bra läge och hög standard!

The hotel is in a great location

The “family room” is tiny when set up for 2 adults, a toddler & a baby. The lights were difficult to operate & the air con seemed to always run even when turned off. Staff tried really hard to upsell when we checked in which just isn’t appreciated.

Bathroom a bit too hot. Nice room - great meeting facility. Cosy bar. Nice lunch. Good location however a walk from nearest metro. Competent professional personnel.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are very nice but small. The showers are a bit awkward to get in and out and they have no shelves to put your own products on. We got married while visiting and if you're wondering if they do anything to make your visit special; they gave us a room with a couch and tv, view of the water and left a note congratulating us. The spa is lovely but they close early around 7pm, and you have to book the time online. The staff were very friendly to us, however our friends had a different experience. The staff made them feel unwelcome, and twice rudely asked them for proof that

Saubere Zimmer und ein solides Frühstück. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof und Altstadt in etwa 15 Minuten. Frühstück war ok. Der Empfang beim Check-In war jetzt nicht sehr herzlich und ziemlich unterkühlt. Ansonsten kann ich die Rooftop-Bar empfehlen, die ist wirklich sehr schön.
