The room was very comfortable, clean and fresh. The hotel also offered online early check-in and notified us when our room was ready, allowing us to check in ahead of time.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast buffet, very convenient location! All hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful! We’ll be back for sure!

When we arrived, there was no complimentary place to store luggage when you get in before checking in. Check in process was very difficult and we were unable to check in prior to a room being ready. Refresh service was requested but never happened. Were not able to get extra towels from the maid and had to go down and pick them up from the front desk ourselves. No phone in the room, so it was very difficult to ask for assistance when we needed it. The buttons are very difficult to understand for using lights, air conditioning The nighttime shades were automatically engaged. We were unable to disengage them. There is no water station or ability to get water unless you buy it from the front desk shop. Quite difficult, after you've just traveled for twenty four hours. We had a family suite, but it's still quite small.And difficult to navigate with several pieces of luggage. Breakfast included with my room package was quite nice. Beds are comfortable. We had a family suite with a pullout couch, and the pullout couch bed was pretty comfortable. Felt very safe.We needed our key to access the elevators. Good location.

Incheckningen och betalningen var besvärlig då jag bokat två rum i mitt namn. Det hade underlättat om jag fått hjälp av personalen direkt. Själva boendet och frukosten nådde förväntningarna. Hotellet ligger centralt med närhet till det mesta.

Excellent location, walking distance to all scenery spots. Room is very clean, and looks new.

The place serves its purpose. The bathroom shower doors don’t fit properly and water would get all over the floors. Not sure we had hand towels. We had smaller towels than the bath towels but they were bigger than a hand towel. Also no washcloths. There is no true AC. The room does cool down but not like AC is running. If you moved around too much we got sweaty. We were thankful we brought along travel fans as that helped immensely. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good. Would we stay there again…yes, but would definitely make sure we had our fans and would probably pack our own washcloths.

Colazione abbondante, personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Unica pecca manca l armadio in camera, tutta la biancheria era in bella vista e non è piacevole.

God morgenmad, dog var det øv at de denne gang havde fjernet prosecco i morgenmadsområdet.

Room was compact but clean. Enjoyed the overall stay. Were told we couldn't check out at 2am when we had to leave for our flight which was a little odd considering how many airlines use the hotel. Overall 10/10 would definitely use again during our next visit to Copenhagen. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel is very nicely located, opposite a beautiful large canal and within reasonable distance from Tivoli gardens, the central station and about 30-35 minutes walk to Nyhavn. We loved its cleanliness and welcoming staff. We’ve not had breakfast at the hotel but we’ve had dinner at the hotel restaurant once and the food was excellent with varied options for grownups and children. One thing we’ve not appreciated is the indoor pool policy. We’ve tried to book in advance for our 7 year old daughter but were told kids are only accepted on weekends and on that only Sunday we had during our stay, they couldn’t accommodate a short time slot for her. It’s incredibly frustrating for a kid to know there’s pool in the hotel they are staying in and not be allowed to swim even for a bit.
