Was ok it’s too big I prefer a more cosy place, don’t like the fact you can’t use pool unless you pay more

Clean, quiet, comfortable!

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast. The location is great and very walkable. A couple of small things that we didn't like are the lights in the room are controlled by on switch and oddly, it took us a while to figure out how to turn them on and off, particularly the bathroom light. Our shower didn't drain well so it overflowed into the rest of the bathroom fairly quickly. And lastly, the main bed was so comfortable but we had our 12&14 year old kids with us who shared the sofa couch. It was a bit small and not ideal for two kids to share. Overall, we quite enjoyed the hotel

It was a very clean hotel and eco-conscious. There was no air-conditioning. The room controls were somewhat unclear. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Service was excellent.

Functional, clean and comfortable hotel. Good location. Desk staff on check in not overly friendly, but staff during breakfast attentive and helpful. Good breakfast

Great hotel, brand new with all the amenities you could want or expect. Exceptionally clean.

Lovely larger room (junior suite?) for a family stay. Very good location and nice and quiet. Only slight critisism is that you have to book a time slot for breakfast and book house keeping in advance. 4 mornings we were there breakfast availability was fine but the last morning the latest time slot was 7 30am. It was fine for our early rising children but not so good if you wanted a long lie.

Great hotel to explore everything Copenhagen has to offer. Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast and friendly, attentive staff.

This is a good hotel the rooms are clean and the beds are super comfy. Our welcome at reception was terrible the guy could hardly be bothered to speak to us! I also wrote to say it was my daughters 21st birthday when we were there there was nothing extra done at the hotel we were allocated a room looking onto gravel next to the laundry room not a mention of her birthday shame! We were there a total of 5 nights so plenty opportunity. I would recommend this hotel but maybe not if you are looking for any special treatment for a special occasion. The breakfast is decent although its super busy! This is a 5 minute walk to the train / bus station and the Tivoli

Very nice hotel, rooms are very quiet and beds are comfortable.

Mia the breakfast maitre de is this hotel’s greatest asset. She was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious but sadly lacking in storage. No drawers, just two incredibly high shelves and two very low shelves. Six hangers so not nearly enough for the two us for a four night stay. Bathroom would benefit from some shelves too. Swimming pool looks beautiful but the charges to use it are prohibitively expensive. Two hours minimum is too long- if they did half hour sessions for a quarter of the price we would have used it daily. Service in the restaurant in the evening was unbelievably slow. Pizza very overpriced when we eventually got it. Don’t recommend.

They charge for the pool and spa area, they charge to hold your bag.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Excellent choices for breakfast. The only thing that let it down was the options for children in the swimming pool. Only a 2 hour window on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Nice and cozy

Room was clean , bed was large and shower was fantastic rainfall head, pool and sauna worth the 30 pounds for 2 hours and the rooftop bar has great cocktails and a cool vibe , great weekend

Good hotel, enjoyed my time there and the breakfast was also good.

I had a great 2-night stay at this hotel. The room was on the small smaller size but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the gym had all the necessary equipment at a great condition.

Such a great location. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend for traveling/touring Copenhagen.
