First time at Copenhagen was a blast because of Scandic Spectrum. The hotel is modern, new, great room, and spacious. Very digital savvy with everything that you can book online from room cleaning to breakfast slot. Breakfast was superb, my kids love the pastry. When we arrived, the room was ready as briefed on the notes. All staff were super friendly and thank you for the smart TV, my kids can watch YouTube 🤭. The location is also very good, a 5-10 min walk to Kobenhavn Central and Tivoli, view of Island Brygge from the hotel was great. Thank you Scandic Spectrum, definitely will come back if we travel to Copenhagen again:).

This is the second time we are visiting Copenhagen, and we have been staying at the same Hotel. We loved the breakfast, the kind staff, the possibility for early check in, and the clean room. Everything was appreciated.
The hotel is quite central, and everything is nearby, including the Metro, busses and railway station. I would recommend this place for everyone, and we are sure to book the same place next time we vist Copenhagen again.

The room was generally okay, but I was disappointed to find hair on the bed linen, especially on the duvet, where I noticed long grey hairs. I also saw a drop of blood on what appeared to be new toilet paper, which was quite unpleasant.
I also found it inconvenient that cleaning the room has to be booked in advance, that fresh towels need to be collected from reception, that no bath mat or towel for feet was provided, and that tissues weren’t available, as these are usually standard in four-star hotels.
Apart from these points, everything else was fine.

Från sekunden vi gick in var kvinnan i receptionen som tog hand om vår incheckning nonchalant, ingen vägledning om något över hotellet alls utan hon försökte övertyga oss om frukost och verkade bli sur när vi artigt tackade nej, rummet vi hade var deluxe och var iskallt, vi fick en fläkt för att höja värmen som lät högt som ett flygplan.
Due parkering och dålig restaurang mat, dock var dom trevliga på restaurangdelen. Tveksamt om vi vågar boka Scandic igen framöver
