Vi var her bare en natt ( en familie på 5.)
Stort rom i 5 etasje (rom 5134) med stor seng, sovesofa og bad m/badekar.
Parkering: 300 DKK for 24/t
Frokost: vi hadde inkludert i prisen, veldig stort utvalg og store spisesaler.
Beliggenhet: ca. 10 min å gå til Tivoli og 25 min å gå til Nyhavn.

Great hotel, brand new with all the amenities you could want or expect. Exceptionally clean.

Lovely larger room (junior suite?) for a family stay. Very good location and nice and quiet.
Only slight critisism is that you have to book a time slot for breakfast and book house keeping in advance.
4 mornings we were there breakfast availability was fine but the last morning the latest time slot was 7 30am. It was fine for our early rising children but not so good if you wanted a long lie.

Le petit déjeuner est peu varié si vous rester plusieurs jours. La chambre n'a pas été faite durant nos 4 jours. je ne sais pas si c'est à la demande ou pas. La réservation de départ était fausse, heureusement que l'hôtel a immédiatement réagi en nous donnant une chambre conforme.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast. The location is great and very walkable. A couple of small things that we didn't like are the lights in the room are controlled by on switch and oddly, it took us a while to figure out how to turn them on and off, particularly the bathroom light. Our shower didn't drain well so it overflowed into the rest of the bathroom fairly quickly. And lastly, the main bed was so comfortable but we had our 12&14 year old kids with us who shared the sofa couch. It was a bit small and not ideal for two kids to share. Overall, we quite enjoyed the hotel

It was a very clean hotel and eco-conscious. There was no air-conditioning. The room controls were somewhat unclear. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Service was excellent.

Kjempefint hotell. Det som trakk ned opplevelsen var at det ikke var minibar på rommet og at dersom en tok bilen ut av garasjen i løpet av oppholdet måtte en betale timespikke var mulig å ta bilen ut av garasjen uten at det

Neu und grundsätzlich ok, jedoch unpersönlich, selfcheckin, slots für Frühstück, Gepäckfächer nicht ausreichend und mit Mehrkosten, was uns gar nicht gefällt. Man hat das Gefühl für jeden normalen Service extra zahlen zu müssen. Wir gehen nicht wieder hin. Genügend Fahrräder zur Verfügung währen jeder Tageszeit war ein Plus, allerdings kosten auch diese, wie die Regenschirme auch beim Ausgang.
