Their product knowledge, attention to detail, and friendly approach created a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged guests to stay longer. Service was prompt for the hole group, without feeling rushed, and the team struck a strong balance between casual hospitality and operational discipline. The relax area was another highlight. Clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for downtime, it provided a quiet counterweight to a busy workday. The surrounding area of Copenhagen further enhances the experience. With easy access to public transport, cafés, canals, and the vibrant urban energy, the hotel sits in an ideal location for both business and leisure. Very good hotel, located in center near to a shopping mall and Promonade. Very clean. The staff are very serviceminded.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was brilliant being not too far from the main train station, and having bus stops a few minutes away. It's a lovely hotel that I would absolutely stay at again.
