First time at Copenhagen was a blast because of Scandic Spectrum. The hotel is modern, new, great room, and spacious. Very digital savvy with everything that you can book online from room cleaning to breakfast slot. Breakfast was superb, my kids love the pastry. When we arrived, the room was ready as briefed on the notes. All staff were super friendly and thank you for the smart TV, my kids can watch YouTube 🤭. The location is also very good, a 5-10 min walk to Kobenhavn Central and Tivoli, view of Island Brygge from the hotel was great. Thank you Scandic Spectrum, definitely will come back if we travel to Copenhagen again:).

Really nice hotel, close to the water, Nyhavn, strøget and Tivoli. We got to eat breakfast in the rooftop bar, that was a plesant surprise. We really liked the option to choose when we wanted cleaning through a app. Only downside for us was the poor transportation options when it came to public transport, seems to be a white spot on the transportation map 😊 Bike rentals and taxis everywhere though. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location and easy to get around. Amazing breakfast !!! They had AC but it was controlled. The bathroom was nice but didn’t have AC unless you propped open the door. I have stayed here twice and appreciate how easy it is to get on the ferry or to the train station.

Nice hotel location. Great staff. Clean rooms. Rooms smaller than expected. Bathroom had a bad smell coming from maybe the pipes. Breakfast was pretty good with some exceptions on items. Otherwise great hotel.

The room was very clean, updated and modern. However, the curtains and drapes did not fully block out the light despite the fact there were also external Sun blinds which automatically come down at 11:00 pm and go up at 8:00 am. The brightness made being able to fully sleep through the night a bit of a challenge. I would suggest the drapes and blinds extend to the full width of the window to prevent light coming in through both ends as it appears the rods stop just shy of fully covering the windows. The breakfast was very good but does end shortly after the stated time so be sure to go down well before it ends (10:00 am during the week and possibly 11:00 am on the weekends). The breakfast staff are very efficient and friendly. The location seems to about a 20-30 minutes walk from most of the main sights (Nyhavn, Amalienborg Palace, etc.) but only a 10 minute walk to the central train station and Tivoli. Food options are rather limited nearby and would require walking 10-20 minutes from the hotel for more options.

The curtains don't completely blank light out. An issue in the summer. Also, they charge for lockers to store luggage in 4 hour quanta, so may be even more expensive if you have a late flight.

We booked a triple room and we booked it for the spa. Unfortunately we were not able to uae the spa as it was fully booked and the triple room we had was so small and no room to move. Overall was a nice hotel but sadly rooms were too small and we wasted money on a spa hotel we couldnt use.
