First time at Copenhagen was a blast because of Scandic Spectrum. The hotel is modern, new, great room, and spacious. Very digital savvy with everything that you can book online from room cleaning to breakfast slot. Breakfast was superb, my kids love the pastry. When we arrived, the room was ready as briefed on the notes. All staff were super friendly and thank you for the smart TV, my kids can watch YouTube 🤭. The location is also very good, a 5-10 min walk to Kobenhavn Central and Tivoli, view of Island Brygge from the hotel was great. Thank you Scandic Spectrum, definitely will come back if we travel to Copenhagen again:).

Love the property. 4:00PM check in is rough. I enjoy being able to drop off the bags, but I believe they need to invest in tags. I booked two different stays because of the quality and of cation of the property.

Room was ready early which was a nice surprise. Staff at desk very friendly We hadn't a clue about using card in lift noone had said. We couldn't work air con my husband went down 3 times till a member of staff came back up with him and blamed us for opening the window which we hadn't touched. I asked for a fan as room so hot that never arrived. Towels and room wasn't cleaned even when we booked it in following the procedure. Breakfast was outstanding and staff were on top of clearing up Overall the cost could have been a little lower for what we had.

The breakfast selection at this hotel was amazing and caters for all dietary needs, but the beds in the room we had were of poor quality and not particularly clean, particularly under the mattresses where there were lots of dirt and hair and the sheets covering the bed frames had holes in and didn’t appear to have been changed in a while.

Pro: Staff was nice and helpful. I appreciate the sustainability commitment. They have a lovely spa that had an adults only option. You can rent a bike. The gym is decent. They bartenders were great. Con: The rooms are so small. Their towels are low qualities. They had a water cooler station in the lobby but didn't refill it as needed. You had to schedule a room cleaning but when they "cleaned" they didn't even sweep the floors. They left crumbs on the room floor and hair on the bathroom floor.

Lobby not that inviting. No tissues or refrigerator in the room. Need to schedule your room cleaning (I'm ok with that). Location very good. Got to the hotel early and they charged me for early check in. Also charged me for storing a suitcase - was leaving for 4 days and then returning. First time a hotel charged me for this (I've done this before). Overall an ok stay.

Decent hotel but no tissues in the room plus no refrigerator in the room. Lobby was not that conducive for congregations. Was there for one stay and then left the city for a couple of days and returned to this location. Requested to store one of my bags since I was returning and they charged me for it. Have done this at other hotels and this is the first time I was charged. Location of the hotel is very good. Reminder that you have to schedule your room refresh.

Well located for the harbour and most sights. Some of the rooms overlook each other quite closely which makes them rather dark. When speaking to reception they told us that is what you get for this standard of room. It made me feel a bit of a underclass citizen. The room was at the lowest temperature setting but seemed to get very warm at night- not sure if they turned the system off Any of the hotel facilities needed to be paid for separately. The breakfast had a good spread, food was continually being stocked up, and tables quickly cleared. Food was good- although there were NO danish pastries. We are in Denmark and the pastries were plain croissants and greasy cinnamon rolls: no cakes or tarts. There is a spacious area downstairs to sit if you need to checkout then wait for flights. They allowed us to use an unmanned room to leave our luggage for free on the last day before our evening departure.
