Hilton London Olympia

Room was dated, air con didn't work, and there was a strange noise that went on all night ( perhaps a service lift but not sure). Food in the restaurant was decent for our evening meal, we didn't have breakfast though because the vegan options were woeful.

I stay at this hotel a lot and it’s hit and miss what room you get. The renovated rooms are Nice, the old rooms are terribly depressing

Only one issue the air conditioner did not keep the room cool enough. The food was great/ we had two dinner and one buffet breakfast. All were Suburb Staff was very friendly and eager to help

Guest services and staff were all fantastic. Each staff member was friendly, kind and helpful, notably, the warm and welcoming staff (and management) in the breakfast restaurant. This is a great location in terms of quick access to transit and many beautiful parks. I had everything I needed for my week-long stay, and looking forward to returning.

The staff were lovely and bed comfortable but the shower situation was dire, my husband is 6 foot and couldn't stand up straight in the shower... it is an over bath shower and the ceiling in the en suite was lowered meaning that he had to crouch. Add to that the shower screen was only a few inches wide meaning that water just flooded all over the ensuite when he was showering.

First impression the lobby looked good, the staff were very helpful, there was a massive variety of food at breakfast and the staff were very friendly, it’s a little further out of London than we normally stay, so we had to bus & tube into the centre. Our only fault I would say was with the room and housekeeping, the shower was lush and so powerful, but the quarter glass door that went along the bath did not hold any water in the bath area, so the whole room got wet, we had a coffee in the room on the Saturday evening & a cup that was bought up from breakfast, our coffee station was not cleaned, cleared or topped up, the coffee cup from the morning was still in the room, there were bits on the floor and the sink wasn’t cleaned at all. It looked like all they did was made the bed, I don’t think we would stay there again, but only for the fact that you had to bus & then tube into London.

Nice hotel

Great accommodations, rooms were clean. Great location, easy to navigate to many places, walkable to many transit stations. Great neighbourhood to walk around, close to a few notable museums. Highly recommended!

Convenient and helpful staff. Couldn't have asked for more

I had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned. There was a broken tile in the bathroom and the hallways were dirty.

Good location for the Olympia venue, only a few minutes walk from the Hotel. A comfortable room, an enjoyable buffet breakfast, but disappointed with the service charge applied to the expensive soft drinks in the bar.

Great breakfast fantastic stay

Room was tiny and not in good shape. Found what we think may have been a self rolled cigarette under the bed, which my child touched. When we brought our concerns to the hotel manager, they did not care or attempt to correct the situation. TV didn’t work during our entire stay. Hotel is not in a convenient location. Breakfast was good. Would not recommend.

Staff were lovely. Bathroom could have been cleaner and the bottle of shower gel provided on the wall was empty. Breakfast was good with lovely views. Room is dated and aircon was not the best.
