A great, nice Hotel with a Coffeshop in the grounds.
The busstop is in front of Hotel and to the central of London very easy. Restaurants and shops are near to the hotel with a 5 minutes walk. We were very happy and want to come back.

We usually stay further up Kensington High St W8 but decided to try the Hilton this time.
I'm very glad we did!
Although the room seemed a little 'tired', it was very clean, comfortable, well stocked with Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries, tins of still and sparkling water and also had a small refrigerator which is always a bonus!
The tv was huge, another bonus, and also had the full range of freeview channels, which often other hotels don't.
The Reception staff, from the Duty Manager who I spoke with a couple of weeks before this particular stay and the person that checked us in for this stay were brilliant. Very friendly, professional and welcoming.
Breakfast was excellent and very much appreciated.....every staff member was marvelous, friendly and helpful.
We'd have no hesitation recommending this Hotel to others and have already reserved two further twin rooms inc EB for 19 Dec for our annual Christmas shopping and Theatre trip!
One small request I'll make a little nearer to check in would be a higher floor room away from Kensington High St. Traffic noise was quite loud! All things considered though, we loved our stay. Highly recommend!

I booked this hotel partially because it has an elevator. But the elevator reaches to the floor. Our floor was the third floor then we had to climb 8 steps where the rooms where. It’s okay for every day but not with luggage. Also there were no plug outlets next to the bed. Only at the desk. Which I had brought some extension cords.
Rooms are a bit small but clean and comfortable

The hotel itself was clean, conveniently located. The issue is one person in my group unexpectedly had their flight cancelled due to airline strike and wasn’t able to come on the trip. The hotel refused to refund the room and wouldn’t even give a partial refund. We reserved 9 rooms, so it was wild to me that they wouldn’t be flexible at all with us.

Room was lovely, the bathroom had a couple of issues ie bath was quite high to get in/out when using the shower and the bath panel did not fit correctly along the top edge. Breakfast on the first morning was very good however the table that we were shown to was very difficult to access, had to inconvenience another guest eating Breakfast in order to get to the table. Breakfast the 2nd morning was not as good only streaky bacon available but the table was in a far better position. Only minor issues and would not prevent staying again. Lovely stay and the staff were wonderful.
