Staff at restaurantand breakfast in general was fantastic thank you

Rkom too far from elevator. A confusing maze

Staff were super friendly and helpful, lovely clean and very spacious rooms would happily stay again and highly recommend to everyone

The room was a bit dated, especially in the bathroom. The black paint on the mdf board was flacking away and extractor did not work. The furniture in the room was oddly positioned with too much unused space The staff were friendly and accommodating

Breakfast lots of variety. Clean hotel. Staff very helpful. Close to transportation.

Great hotel

The breakfast was superb. Very wide selection. Staff in dining room very attentive and courteous. Basic room is small and only one chair.

Service minded and friendly personnel. We complained about a very hard mattress and were given a new room. Here the mattress was ok but air condition did not function properly - only ice cold air. We turned it off and were rapidly given a heater, and were then happy about the rest of the stay. Calm and big rooms.

Staff was very nice and the room albeit tiny was very clean

The staff were very helpful and polite. Room was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are tired Very disappointed with bar staff. Ordered gin and tonics and got a huge bill as all drinks were invoiced as doubles which was not asked for by the group. It is against trading standards to not check single v double.

The hotel is ideal location the staff are friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

On my last day, the hotel slipped a form under my door saying that I needed to provide a credit card for extra charges. When I went to the front desk to ask what the charges were for, the manager said I had bought something. He was very supercilious when I told him I didn't think I had bought anything. He said "you don't THINK so, or you you KNOW you didn't?" I couldn't think of anything I had bought, so I asked to see exactly what the extra charges were for, whereupon he informed me that it was £8 for a beer. I said that I had not bought a beer. Instead of apologizing, he abruptly ordered the desk clerk to cancel the charges and turned away. I found his attitude rude and patronizing. Why not tell the customer at the outset, what the extra charges were for? Why did I have to ask? Not a very professional way to do business.

Low floor room with unbearable traffic noise due to ill fitted and single glazed windows to street level. Room not ready on time and long queues at reception and breakfast space simply too small for the 7.30am rush. Location is good. If I'd paid less I might have scored more highly but as it is this was a full market rate for the area and room type and was very poor value.

Everybody is friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty small and the bed wasn't as good as I have experienced and come to expect from a Hilton property. Location is great, staff is awesome.
