My heater didn’t work It never blew hot air once Even in max I literally left the hotel because of that I went to A another place across the street which was 10 times better and it was $30 cheapest And it looked way better inside them those old ass rooms they had I I definitely won’t ever stay there again I know this other hotel across the street that I’ve been in now. I’ll always come here. It’s fresh and new and nice. It’s the Brit hotels the one in Earls Court

Hotel is old but rooms are clean and nice just a bit cold and we were not able to adjust room temperature

Väldigt god frukost och bra läge i Kensington. Nära Olympia stadion och buss in till stan som tog cirka 45 min. Rummet var dock ganska slitet, vi fick dessutom ett rum med fönster som man inte kunde se ut från så det kändes som att man vara nere i en källare även fast det var på tredje våningen. Det var även väldigt kallt på rummet och blåste men man kunde inte reglera det på något sätt.

The hotel is tired. The window didn’t shut in the first room so I was moved. I returned to the second room mid afternoon to find the room unlocked and the door open having been left this way after it had been cleaned. Terrible hotel!

Great location, pleasant staff, very clean with all the necessary amenities.

Little far out from central for me personally but the room was decently sized and had a nice bathroom.

部屋の広さは十分。清掃も行き届いていた。しかし、シャアワーへの切り替えができず、対応してもらうのにかなり時間がかかったのが残念。 部屋にたどり着くまでにいくつか短い階段があり、大きい荷物を持っている人は大変だと思う。

It was comfortable enough. No frills. Restaurant breakfast was good and they accommodate dietary intolerances if asked. The location is good.

Good size room, helpful staff, easy check out

Staff were friendly and kind. Lots of help offered with London advice and transport tips. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We loved the food and service. Thank you so much for putting the extra bed in the room. I thought I would have to ask for it but you had already sorted it for us.
