오래된 카페트,커튼,낡은 베드. . 먼지가 엄청 많은 타올이 깨끗해요. 노후된 호텔이지만 관리를 잘했다는 리뷰가 진짜 딱 맞는 말입니다.

It was a group, but the rooms were assigned to different floors, and even rooms on the same floor were assigned in a maze-like manner. There were also a room where the door would not open, so the staff had to force it open.

We stayed in a standard double room. It was quite small but not uncomfortably so. We needed to use stairs to access the room despite the elevator so I would not recommend this hotel to people who need accessibility. The hotel room itself was clean but it was a connecting room so it was quite noisy due to a neighbouring visitor. The location is okay, 10 minute walk from District and Piccadilly lines and there is a small grocery store just around the corner. I would stay in this hotel again.

There was no pool, the coffee shop that offered a discount was closed whilst I was staying there, and I had no idea there was breakfast available. Other than that, it was great, well kept, quiet and comfy.

Excellent breakfast options, a true British breakfast if you are looking for one! Rooms are kept clean and all amenities are refilled daily. The hotel is convenient to The Tube and Buses, as well as lots of restaurant options within walking distance.

Il personale è gentile e simpatico. La stanza, il letto e il bagno sono grandi, l'acqua calda arriva subito. Non ho messo dieci per la pulizia, anche se passano tutti i giorni per riassettare la stanza e il bagno, per sbaglio era rimasto nella moquette un piccolo pezzo di plastica velina trasparente e una piccola palla di capelli e polvere, forse era rimasto incastrato sotto la tenda e la signora delle pulizie non se ne era accorta, comunque l'ho tolta con della carta. Materasso e cuscino puliti. Avrei preferito la stanza un po' più calda ma considerando che fuori erano - 4 gradi va bene così. Buon soggiorno complessivo.

All the staff were really nice and helpful

The room is very spacious, comfy, and had everything we needed. One thing is if you have to dry your hair you have to be in the living room since you have more counter space. Staff is very helpful, printed out things out for us, helped my dad with his electrical ports, and getting a taxi Location is great, walking distance to Kensington palace and park.

Staff was wonderful. The bathrooms were awful. They were designed with no shower curtain or door, so it’s impossible to shower without the entire bathroom getting soaked

We were given an “upgraded” room which was fine. Unfortunately it had an accessible bathroom which we certainly did NOT need. We didn’t notice the bathroom until too late. Each time we took a shower the bathroom flooded!

Great stay! Everything was excellent The staff was very helpful and went the extra mile to help!Very comfortable room clean with a great view!The location is perfect too! No doubt that we’re coming back!

The hand wash etc was empty and not replaced when room was cleaned for the 4 days there Building is looking tired. Staff were excellent

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The surrounding area of the hotel was nice to walk around there are many good food options and varieties and some really nice shops as well. I really enjoyed my time there it’s also very close to public transportation if you’re looking to take those as well

Struttura in posizione strategica vicina a metro e Bus… Camera spaziosa e pulita, personale molto attento e gentile, unica miglioria da fare le prese per i dispositivi elettronici (troppo poche) e magari una doccia spaziosa in bagno. Apparte le piccolezze consiglio molto la struttura.

Staff were polite and helpful and check- in and out were smooth but the hotel its self is tired and desperatly in need of a renovation. Our room was stifling hot when we first entered and despite turning off all the heating we sweltered through the night. The lifts are tiny and slow which made getting between floors hard with a family and luggage.
