The parking was fine no problem. You need to pre book for the discount but easy. The room was clean the bathroom door would not shut tidy which was a bit difficult. There was a funny smell in the passages but not sure what it was. The staff were brilliant

Unfortunately our experience with Ibis was terrible. They cancelled our reservation (we had paid in advance for 3 nights) and they double booked other guests in the room reserved for us. Their policy says that no show results in cancellation. We didn’t show up on the first day of reservation but we sent a message through Expedia saying that we would still make it and we were headed as participants to the Running event hosted in Bristol. They failed to read the message and cancelled our reservation resulting in us having to room around Bristol to find a stay when was all pretty much booked for the 1/2 marathon event. On top of that we had to pay premium prices elsewhere as we had no options left. Sloppy way of handling customers and terrible policy. Will not recommend this franchise to anyone.

Pleasant staff for late evening arrival. Quiet room well away from Friday night harbourside noise! Only criticism - wood and tiled floors throughout room could have done with a wash.

The room was clean, spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom door didn't close properly , but it was not a big issue. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was abundant and reasonably good.

Assigned an unrequested disabled room that was not clean. The room was very warm with no temperature control and there was significant noise from outside. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and below expected standards

We really enjoyed our stay at The Ibis. The room was lovely and clean and staff were friendly. They also offered a 20% discount on parking at The Millenium car park.

Clean but small room, friendly staff, good breakfast and great location. Comfy bed with pillows that suited us. Parking was £12.50 for 24 hours in the Millenium Square car park which is really close. Towels were a bit old but did the job. We were in room 209 which was quite noisy as needed the window open as no air con.

The property had the facilities required for a stay in the harbourside area, clean and basic. The only tging I will say is watch the step as you come out of the bathroom pod other than that staff were friendly and had a great time

Great location for the Harbourside and millennium square, reasonable price for hotel and carpark with discount (£10/24 hours) very nearby, room adequate and clean with shower ensuite. I had an Amazon delivery which the reception staff held for me without bother. I'd definitely return.

Nearby Tesco express. Many eat out places. Short walk to centre where buses are.

Brilliant location and a lovely modern hotel. Breakfast was excellent and unrushed and the 12 checkout time is a blessing.

Some of the cleaning staff needs to pay attention to their personal hygiene. There no reason for a guest to be blasted with the overpowering body odour of some staff in the lifts or hallways. It is markedly so in the elevator the housekeeping staff uses that opens to the back area. It needs to be addressed.

The noise from the square and surroundings kept me up despite the windows being closed. It was noisy up to nearly midnight for the two weeknights I was there.

Hotel is in a great position for visiting Bristol and the theatre. The room was clean and well furnished, and the breakfast was good. The hotel offers discounted parking at the Millenium car park opposite. Would edefinitely recommend this hotel.
